My package arrived with little to no protection/wrapping. The wheels (it was a roller duffel bag) were exposed, the partial wrapping was ripped and very very little tape had been used to hold the wrapping in place hence why it had just about all fallen off and disintegrated by the time I collected it. Very poor. I expected much better protection given this bag was really expensive.

Waited in all day for a courier to…
Waited in all day for a courier to collect the return item and they never turned up ! They did end up collecting 3 days later in the meantime I sent the return item back myself having to pay customs charges to send the item back. Hope I get the item price back in full as the collection charge has been deducted from the refund

The delivery was two weeks late because GLS wasn't able to deliver, and it only worked after a lot of emails back and forth.

zero response, no money back
I ordered shoes in May and never received them. No phone contact, so I emailed over 10 times with not 1 response. Absolutely terrible. Would definitely advice never to order here and I really really hope someone will return my money as it was a super expensive order and I think it's absolutely ridiculous there is no way to contact them.

Requested a return a week ago
Requested a return a week ago. Delivery service never turned up on the day. I have had no contact regarding the return even after emailing, messaging on facebook, messaging on instagram and using the live chat. Unacceptable customer service, especially as you are charged to return goods.

Appalling
I ordered shoes which were unsuitable so I requested to return them, after being informed I would have to pay £13 I arranged for them to be returned. I was told by depor village they would be picked up today 10/08/2026 between 10am and 7pm by a courier I have waited in all day and nobody came. I am very disappointed with the whole service from the start and will not be ordering from this company ever again.
