The shoes are stuck with the courier, with no contact or updates from the seller despite several emails I have sent. The delivery is significantly delayed, and the customer service has been absolutely terrible.

Good experience with purchase.
I ordered a Bryton 650 cycle computer listed in stock and at a great price on 28/8 and it was delivered to UK on 06/9 after I was notified of a weekend hold up at Spanish customs. So I cannot fault the ease of purchase and a totally respectable delivery time.

Good products, but difficult exchange process
Everything arrived safely and within the estimated delivery time, and the products themselves are good. However, one of the items came in the wrong colour and I couldn’t find clear information on the website about how to exchange it. In the end, I just decided to keep it as it was.
