Ordered boots on Friday the 7th to Ireland and they have arrived today Monday the 10th, everything in my experience has gone well so far. Price and deliver time unbeaten to be honest. I’ve ordered from websites with stock available in Ireland and they are not as quick as deporvillage.

I paid CZK 260 for express shipping so…
I paid CZK 260 for express shipping so that the package would be delivered the next day, on Friday. I needed it before the weekend because I was leaving for vacation.
I then received an email saying that the package would be delayed by one business day, and it eventually arrived on Monday. By then, it was completely useless to me.
I was also told that the package would be delivered in the second half of the day. Since I wasn’t at home, I arranged for someone to be there to receive it. However, the package was ultimately delivered in the morning, when no one was available to accept it.
On top of all that, no one is responding to my emails regarding a refund of the express shipping fee.
I will never order from here again. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. The entire experience was a complete failure.

After placing an order I have been trying to get hold of the Invoice and it does NOT show on my orders/Invoices. It is impossible to make contact with the Company as there is NO email address or telephone number and I have been waiting for over 20 minutes on the chat to speak to a agent.

Terrible
Placed order, paid for express shipping. The order was 2.weeks late, no communication freom deporvillage&oq when emailing them.cancelled order and raised PayPal issue. Suddenly Depovillage are responding to emails again. Too late, somebody else fulfilled your order and had better communication in less time than it took Depovillage to respond to my case.

I had never bought from this company…
I had never bought from this company before but they were the only ones who still had the sandals I was after. Delivery was ok and cheap as they got delivered to a locker very near me. I have given this company 5 stars as it’s well deserved.. I would happily purchase from them again.

No pick up of a return, no response from customer care
I bought a pair of running shoes. They were too small. I have been waiting for a return pick up for over three weeks. I have emailed three times. I still have not received a refund. I will never use this service again and would advise others to avoid.
