I rarely write reviews but I believe I need to warn others. So we purchased our sofa, according to them in 2020. We went for L-shaped leather sofa but did not go for the basic type, we went for higher quality leather. Fast forward to last year, cracks began to show and the leather on the stools and part of the sofa started to peel/break off. Like others have mentioned, we have bought leather sofas in the past so we surprised to see that happen. The peelings were very thin and NOT LEATHER!!!! Before we bought this sofa we had a cream leather sofa, we gave out the 3 seater and still have the 2 seater and it still looks good despite it being bought in 2003. Denelli asked how I had been looking after my leather sofa because it looked dry, in response to my complaint. They asked me to pay for new leather covers. Why would I want to pay for new covers when the quality of what they call leather is poor quality or mixed like one other review mentioned?
And It is true that the customer service is terrible. We also never got our sofa till months later and when I send them an email on the 4th, they never responded till I rang to complain again today.
I only wish I had read all these bad reviews before purchasing. The only reviews you know are 100% real are the bad ones! Fortunately, I work in legal so I know my rights. Denelli, do the right thing or we are going to fall out big time!

UPDATE
Their respond is that we should pay for replacement covers. If that is their idea of resolving the matter then they lack customer service skills. Why should we pay for something that isn't our fault.

Excellent Sofa company, cannot recommend enough! Provided a wealth of information and help upon visiting the showroom, and then answered all our questions and gave us updates about our purchase every step of the way. Super friendly, knowledgeable and personable staff - a world apart from dealing with the soulless drones you encounter at giant sofa stores like DFS. The sofa we purchased was exactly as described, and matched all our specifications and requirements that we specified when first went in. The quality and comfort is miles beyond any other sofa we tried in a very, very extensive search. Could not be happier!

Vishal served us at the store and helped bring our vision for our dining room to life. The dining table, chairs and sideboard purchased were delivered and installed on site immaculately by his team.

Excellent service from start to finish .
I purchased a corner sofa January it was 8 week delivery it arrived earlier than expected. The young salesman was knowledgeable and very efficient. Delivery drivers also very good .

I was kept informed on my delivery. The delivery guys were brilliant. They carefully brought my display cabinet in and took all the packaging away.
The unit is beautiful! Quite exquisite. I love it. Looks even better in the flesh.

We purchased multiple items to furnish our home. The furniture was absolutely stunning built to very high standards. Really pleasd with the quality. The leather sofa is super soft and we just love our 10 seater dining table. What a statement piece.

The delivery team were fanatsic. Very proffesional and very careful, in particualr Gabby who explained in detail how we should look after our furniture.

Following Denelli’s reply today to my earlier complaint, I have provided them with my contact details and look forward to the more satisfactory resolution they say they wish to achieve.

I have a list of questions and points of evidence to discuss with them and will publish their responses in due course.

Within four days of my Chinese-manufactured white leather sofa being delivered, the seats started to collapse. It took weeks for the company to respond to my concerns and only then after being chased. Their solution was to send a so-called independent technician to stuff the seat with foam off cuts. The customer disservice department tell me this collapse is normal but I’ve had three white leather sofas and none have had faults like this. They also say ALL THEIR SOFAS WRINKLE. A professional told me today it looks like a toilet seat. Who wants to pay this sort of money for a toilet seat?

Visited Denelli today to buy some sofas. Bailey was brilliant and took care of our requests and order very well. He was professional yet friendly- thank you!

After 3 to 4 long years of searching & debating over a new sofa, its finally over!

We visited Denelli Italia showroom this weekend and was greeted by Bailey, who was amazing and extremely welcoming! We have a small area and wanted a lot in this space. He went out of his way checking sizes/options to make sure we didn't have to compromise in anyway.

His knowledge and patients were impeccable, he offered advice when we struggled and gave us room to breathe/discuss in private when required.
We were blown away with his honestly and genuine persona, he made us feel very reassured and covered all of our concerns even spoke about things we hadn't thought of that may have caused issues upon arrival.

Bailey covered everything on our visit from our requirements, expectations, the sale, delivery details and payment options. We entered not very confident on a sale but he made sure we enjoyed our visit and left as two very satisfied customers!

We highly recommend visiting Denelli, great showroom, fantastic sales people and good coffee :)

The sofa I purchased from Denelli is incredibly comfortable and feels luxurious to lounge on. The adjustable headrest is very functional and practical. The service was amazing, the staff gave very helpful advise and were very knowledgeable. Quality products and no hard sale. I would highly recommend buying from this retailer.

Bailey at Denelli was very helpful in explaining the various options available and suggesting items that we would be interested in. An excellent showroom with a wide choice of items on display.

AWFUL ZERO AFTERCARE
Sofa was sold as modular sofa however delivered as a two seater plus one piece. Two seater would not fit into our lounge and we have a brand new house, wheelchair accessible hallway wider than a standard house. Delivery guys advised customers had to have lounge window removed last week to enable delivery of same sofa!!
Called the store advised to email customer service which we did straightaway. Nothing back from this company so far! We are left one week before Xmas sitting on the floor.
Called the store today to be told we can use a company called Sofa Assist at our own expense! I don't think so! Still waiting on either a resolution - three modular pieces as advised or full refund. We have been waiting since October for this order.
AVOID this company at all costs

I came into the showroom earlier this week and was attended by Bailey, his charisma and honesty made me feel more welcome than the typical sofa shops (dfs,sofology, etc) we was really impressed with his knowledge on the products and detail of information. He allowed us to look around without being man marked like you are in other shops then spoke about what we wanted and he shared his thoughts and ideas. We was able to then find the sofa we wanted, really helpful and impressed with how genuine he came across

Great company to deal with from initial visit to their showroom and throughout the ordering process. Considered and practical advise provided to ensure we selected the absolute best configuration of Sofas for our needs.

We were given a range of 6-8 weeks lead time for delivery, and they arrived exactly 6 weeks to the day from date of order.

The communication regarding delivery was brilliant and the delivery guys were fantastic and extremely helpful in setting everything up perfectly.

The whole process was a 5/5! Steve could not have been more helpful, the delivery process was perfect and the quality of the Bontempi furniture was outstanding! I have no qualms in recommending Denelli. Thank you all at Denelli.
