Way to soft and thin

Way to soft and thin. Bought to upgrade a similar one from another company and is worse (while more expensive). It doesn't quite look like the advertised one either. AND took forever to arrive. Not happy.

Warning! Do not use!

The pillow arrived after just over 2 weeks. I tried it for a couple of nights but decided it was unsuitable for me. I then tried to contact the company to return it, as per their assurance on their website of a 30 day trial period. Despite several emails, all unanswered, and many phone calls to their only phone number, a mobile number that could not be connected, I have yet to hear from the company. I have now asked my bank to investigate for a fraudulent claim. Do not use this company!

Delivery was quite slow

Delivery was quite slow, and I never received the pillow that I ordred. Hence 4 start review! I decided to try the one that was delivered as i had unpacked it, and i love it.

The pillow stinks

The pillow stinks of strong chemicals also it says the “British” pillow Company it took ages to be delivered from China!!!! So not British at all……

The pillow it self is to soft and I’ve had to give up and return to my old ways

DO NOT TOUCH

If i could give this company zero I would. DO NOT TOUCH IT. I placed an order and have heard nothing despite phone calls, Emails. Basically took my money and now cannot get my goods of my money back. AVOID!!!

Absolute Rubbish

If I could give zero stars I would! 2 pillows ordered 2nd February & still waiting for any delivery 3 weeks later. I have tried telephoning them nothing, used their website to contact them nothing, SMS messaged them nothing. The tracking detail has not been updated since 2nd February & is marked as 48 hour tracked delivery. These items were a wedding gift & they have now had to go without them - thank you so very much. I am now talking to my bank as this is now a fraud case & I am seeking a refund. Complete waste of my time - please don't waste yours with these people!!

Ordered pillows arrived a week later

Ordered pillows arrived a week later, they smell of plastic, it must be the foam inside, not happy contacted them to be told to let them air and the smell should go away. Contacted them 3 times now by email and not getting reply’s. Suppost to have a 30 day money back guarantee, but no one replies confirming howto return and get refund.very disappointed.

Received my pillow & in perfect condition.

Received my pillow it’s in perfect condition feels & is a nice quality. Plenty of tracking up dates did take 2 weeks to arrive but it arrived and was delivered by Royal Mail. Look forward to trying it and seeing if it improves my neck pain. Was abit skeptical after I ordered as I decided to read the reviews after ordering but overall a good experience and didn’t have any issues
