It used to be great, to be honest, but now DeinDeal seems to be evading any responsibility. I bought some coupons, but one merchant never replies, and the other one never had available slots until my coupon expired. I haven’t even used the coupons, and now it's difficult to ask for a refund. They make the process super complicated, and I’ve realized that the services offered through DeinDeal are often quite unprofessional. This is likely why they have to lower their prices so much to attract customers. On the few occasions I visited the services, they did not perform well overall.

Solved my problem rapidly and efficiently.

I’ve sent a pair of shoes back and received a voucher for the amount of the purchase. I’ve asked for a refund instead. All the correspondence was very prompt, informative and friendly. I’ve received the refund later that day. I am really satisfied and can only recommend the site.

I had problems with redeem a voucher.

I have not ordered with DeinDeal.ch too
often but there was never something to complain about.
But this time they really offered a great service: I accidentely ordered an item
in the wrong size. After directly contacting DeinDeal.ch via the support email address they replied within short time and explained how to proceed, and even offered to help with the cancellation of the item. The delivery of the new order and the refund of the wrong order should happen within the next 2 days.. I am very confident that this will work out perfectly as well.

I had a quality problem with the goods. Their after-sales service got back to me very quickly. What's more, they offered me the goods and gave me a full refund. Very good work.

I bought several vouchers on "DeinDeal" but I couldn't download or get them...

So I contacted the costumer support, which was rather helpful, but it needed two requests.

Due to my mistake, I did not select the voucher as a gift voucher. At first, the customer service did not agree to change it, but at my insistence, the customer service patiently cancelled the unredeemed voucher and then guided me on how to use the refund in my account to purchase a new gift voucher. This was very helpful to me. Thank you customer service for your patient response and handling of the problem.

Awful customer service. I had defected product delivered. I was told to dispose it and a new one will be send. 1 month and multiple request for tracking number to no avail. Only getting we will contact our partners and inform you. I asked the order to be canceled 3 times and my money refunded. I am getting we will contact the supplier and inform you. I have raised a dispute with my bank about their services and waiting outcome!

Had to cancel an order because I took the wrong series, at the same day I wrote a mail and got a response and the refunde back! Fast and friendly costumer service :)
