Been buying things through DeinDeal for years. Great offers and never had any issues. Have had to open two support cases in the past because the third party suppliers delayed shipment. In both cases support from DeinDeal followed up and gave me feedback promptly.

Happy ending, but it took some time
Contacted support,
asking for a repair center for my Tineco S7 Pro.
It took about, 10 emails from me and other 10 from deindeal support, to finally get an answer.
All this took a bit more of 1 month, but at the end, today, I got a brand new one back.

Good customer service
I've been a DeinDeal customer for many years, and whilst their refund policy was very strict in the past, in recent years their service desk has become very customer-oriented, and replies very quickly to requests. I've found their approach in refunding vouchers very customer-oriented, generous and helpful, and cannot agree with the many negative statements below. Based on my recent encounters - the last of which yesterday - I've been treated promptly and fairly.
