Not only do we supply diving equipment and services but we provide dive and swimming training in our Eco Friendly Pool.

Took far too long for delivery

Took far too long for delivery. I ordered an Italian brand from you as a UK Stockist but you had to import it in from Italy. No where does it indicate a long leadtime from order. Thought it would take no longer than 4 days maximum. So just average.

I recently ordered a dive computer…

I recently ordered a dive computer which unfortunately Deep Blue Dive didn’t have in stock due to issues out of their control. I was offered an upgraded version for the same price and I am absolutely delighted. Thank you DBD, my one-stop shop for anything scuba related. I do not hesitate for one second to recommend Deep Blue Dive to all my friends and family.

Place my order and within minutes I had…

Place my order and within minutes I had a call to explain there was a stock supply issue and offered a free upgrade to ensure I didn't have to wait for my gear and it arrived exactly when expected, just in time for my first open water

Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff

Great service. Prompt delivery, kept up to date when an item was going to be delayed due to supply issue. I had a query on part of my order which was dealt with so promptly that the replacement item actually arrived 2 days earlier than promised.
Have shopped at the store and online and been really impressed by helpful, knowledgeable friendly team on all occasions.

My ordered arrived later than expected…

My ordered arrived later than expected and the delivery person didn't press the doorbell of our flat. My wife was in all day and we were anxious to receive it. However, the 3 items are exactly what I ordered and the size of all items are correct. Customer Service is excellent and I shall buy from Deep Blue Dive again.

Great service - every time

Great stock and very responsive service. Let me know that my choice of TUSA mask may take a while to arrive from supplier, and offered alternatives. I chose to wait, expecting I might have to chase, but mask arrived as initially indicated with corrective lenses fitted. Have used them before and service is always first class.

The item was great but took 5+ months…

The item was great but took 5+ months to arrive and I got only 1 email this whole time from deep blue.. Untill I chased them up... Once chased they were fast to respond...
Great item though... And as long as no further delays I would use them again.

Website kept saying delivery between 5…

Website kept saying delivery between 5 -12 days despite knowing they were having delivery issues from Italy, admittedly not their fault and not an issue if had been informed and their website was updated but an update would have been nice. I had to chase for a update and again a date proposed and missed without no updates. First thing I know is when I get a message from delivery company saying they will deliver tomorrow, which they did.

Happy with site, good deals and prices but let down by not keeping customer in the loop.

I will buy again from site happily but please keep customers in the loop a bit more.

Ordered a bespoke Xdeep Zen through…

Ordered a bespoke Xdeep Zen through Deep Blue Dive and they handled the whole thing brilliantly. Paul provided exceptional service and I couldn’t be more pleased. Ive used DBD for years now (since they had their place in Tynemouth) and they’ve never let me down. Will definitely use again. Thanks
