Extremely quick delivery, items exactly as described. Would very happily purchase from here again.

I have placed two orders of multiple items in the last 2 weeks. At very competetive prices. Both arrived within 3 days of ordering with just one item missing which was noted on the invoice as "to foll... See more

Great stock and very responsive service. Let me know that my choice of TUSA mask may take a while to arrive from supplier, and offered alternatives. I chose to wait, expecting I might have to chase, b... See more

Great communication and fast delivery

Great communication and fast delivery. 1 item was no longer in stock abs another was delaying delivery so they found excellent replacements. I would highly recommend Deep Blue Dive

Great support finding an alternative…

Great support finding an alternative when I realised that the mask I ordered would not be available in time. Just a shame that not all items listed are in stock and that I had to chase a delayed order.

Excellent

Ordered on a Sunday and received the items on Tuesday. Cheap postage compared to a lot of other companies.
Really good service will definitely use this site again

No delivery. No communication. Money gone.

Placed an order on 21st May for a Scubapro hooded vest that was showing as being in stock. It turned out it wasn't. 3 weeks later and still waiting for a delivery or an update on my order. Impossible to get through on the phone. No reply to my 2 emails. This company used to be good. Not anymore.
My review above was 8 days ago. Since then I have been able to get someone on the phone once. My order will be available in September (despite still showing as in stock on their site). I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Still waiting...
Not one single reply to my many emails.
I do hope that these guys communication skills are better underwater than on dry land.
Now one month since I placed my order...
Still waiting for a refund.
No one answers the phone.
No reply to my emails.
I place the same order with a dive shop in London (starts with a M) and received a delivery 3 days later.
One star is still too much.

Rubbish company now

Rubbish company now. They used to be good but... I had two Canadians visiting the UK who were coming to dive up here in Shetland. They were to be here for a few months so chose to go for buying in all they needed except tanks. Easily 2 to 3 grand of gear of suits and scuba equipment. I was given task of checking if the items they had chosen from the web page were in stock and that they could head up to the store on the way north to get fitted out. Two days of trying to get through on the company number and all we got was constant auto answer which directed us nowhere. And they did not respond to emails. In the end we went over to Leeds, who could not have been more helpful. If you need to get get in touch and speak to anyone forget it. If I could give Zero star I wouls have.

Excellent customer service

Deep Blue Dive have been absolutely brilliant. There was and issue with the supply of the item I ordered so I was offered an excellent substitute at no extra cost. It arrived promptly and I’m thrilled with it.
Excellent customer service with a fast response. I’ll definitely use these guys again.

Delayed Delivery - No Communications

On 23/5, I ordered some diving gear for an upcoming trip with 3-5 working days delivery. The goods have not been delivered to date although the payment has been taken. No one answers the phone. I was stuck in a continual auto answer loop—no response to emails for progress/updates on the order. Order status shows in stock - I travel in 3 days. I will not order from them again or recommend them to any dive buddies.

Worst customer service experience I had of any dive shop in the UK

Placed an order on the 25/04/22 and only one of the three masks showed up, calling the contact number in their website, nobody answers; only one email has been replied to, saying the other masks will follow; other emails chasing the rest of the order remain unanswered.

25 October update: No emails, replies, acknowledgements, follow ups or updates from Deep Blue, mask has yet to show up. Can't talk to anyone in Deep Blue over the phone neither as their answering machine rejects all calls. They have taken my money and have yet to fulfil the order.

Fantastic communication

Fantastic communication. Due to shortage of neoprene, the design of wet suite requested was unavailable, but an alternative was offered. This was of greater value but was given at the same price of my original order.
Thank you Deep Blue Dive and I look forward to dealing with you again.

Poor

Ordered on 2 occasions from this company and on both orders there has been issues no contact or updates re order times and status. Be aware will tell you on order confirmation item in stock the reality is their system says that but they then order it in from their suppliers on continent! Gave them a second chance will not recommend or use again

Delayed delivery, no communication.

I ordered some Mares gloves on Dec 13th. By mid Jan I was concerned that they may have been lost. I tried to call Deepblue and their automated phone system just creates a continula loop then eventually disconnects the caller. I sent two emails requesting an update but received no reply. I was about to call my credit card to log a dispute when, in the first week of May, they were delivered. No notification of delay or dispatch was received. I won't buy from them again. The gloves are great but the customer service was very poor.
