No delivery and no response

On 12/10/2022 I ordered various items that indicated would take up to 12 days to arrive in store before shipping.

I was expecting to take delivery of the items on 04/11/2022 which allows 12 working days + 5 working days delivery time, but at present I have still not received the goods.

I have sent emails and made various calls but had no response - it's as though no one is home!

I would not recommend this company nor use them ever again. I am now awaiting a response on a refund request.

Ordered a few diving hangers and…

Ordered a few diving hangers and received them well. Item was tracked so I could follow it's journey! And after speaking to a member of staff when I couldn't get an answer when I phoned a few times, she was quite apologetic but very helpful. And was pleased with Deep Blue Customer Service! Thank you! 💋💋xx

Still awaiting delivery

Placed an order on 13th October, still not received (7th November). No update emails received from DBD, phoned customer service and told still waiting for an item to come in. I understand deliveries are not always under DBDs control, but communication should be better.

Good service

Good dervice although. You do not get any notification of shipment of goods so you have to keep going into your account to check for shipment.

I was meant to get email when item has…

I was meant to get email when item has been shipped , if i had I wouldn’t of missed it in post, now it will be redelivered on monday , when i will be at work. You did say shipped in two days, I ordered on the 27th oct while i was holiday so not to pleased, hence the 3 stars.

Cressi Fin Order

The fins I ordered weren’t in stock and the manufacturer Cressi didn’t know when they would be available. Deep Blue Dive kept me constantly updated and were a joy to deal with. Can’t praise them enough.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Can never get hold of this company. Don't believe the responses on their recent posts about issues with the phone being fixed, it's all rubbish as they still aren't answering the phone and never answer emails either.

I've had many times over the last year where I have had to call this company and they are impossible to get hold of. How they are still in business I don't know.

I'm at the point now that my issue will be going to the financial ombudsman as they aren't responding to me.

Shocking Service but have made amends

Shocking, ordered a month ago on 1-2 days delivery, chased them 10 days later to be told its out of stock due in middle of this month. Site showing in stock again now but still no delivery, not replying to emails and not answering the phone. Prob the worst services i have received from a store in many many years.
UPDATE: Store did contact me and got my goods to me which I'm really pleased with. Thank you

Apologies that you have had a poor servicve on this occasion. We have had issues with our phone system which we hope will be rectified this week. Additionally we took the decision to close the retail unit as we are not getting the footfall through, customers will be able to try things on at the trade counter.
This will enable us to provide our customers with a better customer sevice experience.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. If you need your equipment within the next 3 months don't order. They take orders for stock they don't have, then they won't answer, they won't get back to you.

The order process thorugh Deep Blue was good and the price point was, well, on point. However it did take almost a month to arrive, perhaps a result of the free delivery. You may want to bear this in mind and ask for an ETA. If the delivery time had been a little quicker it would have been 5 stars. Great bag, exactly as described.
