What’s gone wrong

What’s gone wrong, had great service in the past so when my sister in law (who lives in Cyprus) asked me what I would like for Christmas I said a new pair of Mares dive boots , gave Deep blues details as I have ordered lots of gear from them.
The boots have not been delivered, money has left her uk bank, she has tried to call, sent emails, I have called but no luck.
Come on deep blue if they are out of stock let her know refund the money,I will ask Santa to find me some.

Trusted their website - me bad.

Trusted their website believing that the torch I ordered was in stock actually, I believe nothing is ever in stock. Ordered for nrly £300 on 5 Nov, lots of emails since and Kelly replied to one call and one email only. Always hopefully soon it will arrive (somewhere) and I thought I was ordering way too early for my dive trip on the 3/4 Dec. Nope ! If you are foolish to order anything, then allow say 2 months if you are lucky. Surely this is a scam company !

Placed an order nearly a month ago and…

Placed an order nearly a month ago and haven’t receive anything. Tried calling several times and just get put through to an automated answering machine. Emails sent and again no answer. Customer service is none existent, money taken but nothing delivered.

Avoid

Can’t give no stars otherwise I would. Placed order and money was taken with apparent 3 day delivery. One month later, no delivery with emails ignored and phone calls to generic voicemail asking for voicemailbox code….. so I recovered money from Visa.

I have placed two orders of multiple items in the last 2 weeks. At very competetive prices. Both arrived within 3 days of ordering with just one item missing which was noted on the invoice as "to follow". I know bad customer service is unacceptable, but credit where it is due. If they are adapting to a change in the way they operate, maybe give them a chance.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would! Awful, awful, awful!! It seems no order has been sent after weeks have gone by and no response from numerous e-mails and calls BUT of course my money has been taken out of my account! My poor son is wearing a swimming nappy too small for him and in these struggling times, every £1 counts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If only I had seen the other reviews prior to my order...

IF YOU SEE THIS DEEPBLUE DIVE CENTRE, I WOULD LIKE A REFUND!!!

Sadly

Sadly, this local company seems to have disappeared. Despite the great website and prices, goods ordered no longer arrive. Emails go unanswered. The telephone number now belongs to another company entirely. I even went round, to find that Deep Blue were no longer there and the new company's employees knew nothing of Deep Blue's whereabouts. Such a shame. Resorted to claiming funds back via Amex.
Just had an exchange of emails with Paul (25/11/22) - it seems that with the change of circumstances at Deep Blue, it has taken some time for their new business arrangements to settle down, hence the delays in returning emails, processing orders and updating contact details. Hopefully, the rapid emailexchange is a good sign that this established business is back and the initial teething problems are behind them.

Shop elsewhere

Well where do I start... Shocking customer service, promised 3 to 4 working days delivery 4 weeks later no item. After finally getting an email reply after numerous tries I was lied to about my order, eventually got to speak to someone who again lied to me then hung up!!!!! Have requested a refund and informed my diving circle to shop elsewhere... A very unpleasant experience.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Nice website but a lot of items out of stock (only discovered after they are ordered). Impossible to contact by phone and no response to email. They must be on their last legs judging from other similar reviews. Avoid buying from them.

Do not order from this company......Avoid!

My son ordered a wetsuit on the 15th September and it still have not been delivered. He has one email from the company saying there was a problem with supply in Germany and for the last six weeks no communication at all. No-one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. Emails also go unanswered as do messages on Facebook......Do not order from this company, they are not to be trusted!

I regret…

Once you order something, you believe what is written “delivered in 5 working days” the truth, it will not be even shipped in weeks, you ask for refund, you will start new ignorance journey, no response to your phone calls or emails. Watch out divers, our sport and community is based on trust and truthful, such customers service is ………..
