My shipment was short 1 roll when it came. I expected a second roll to come within the next couple of days. When it didn't show up on my doorstep, I phone Decoratorsbest and they expedited the shipment and were very generous and helpful too. My wallpapered wall looks fabulous and I loved the product! Easy to use and great results!

The fabric is very nice quality, color displayed is very true to color. Ordering and shipping was both fast and easy.

Wallpaper was very pretty. But was upset that the wallpaper calculator told me I needed three rolls. What it didn't say was single or double so I ordered 2 double rolls just to be sure and was literally three inches wide too short. Had to buy another roll from a different dye lot with shipping all over again - which WAS NOT CHEAP. Would definitely look elsewhere for better shipping prices.

I ordered wallpaper and saved so much money over the local store that was selling it for retail. It arrived quickly and customer service was excellent.

I ordered two swatches, thinking I would receive two small fabric samples which I could keep. I received two large samples directly from the fabric company which were on loan only and a return envelope was included to send them back. The samples were about 20" square which made it easy to see how they would look, but I would have liked to have had a small swatch to keep. The swatches were slow in arriving and Decoratorsbest followed up to make sure I received them. The colors/patterns didn't work for me, but I received good customer service.

Service was excellent. If I hadn't seen this fabric in a store, I would have passed right over it from the picture online. Trend Ash Rose is so gorgeous, the picture doesn't show the colors and pattern close enough.

If you need fabric - this is the place!

This is the first time I have used Decoratorsbest. They have a great selection of wallpaper and fast service. I was able to get wallpaper for half of what I expected to pay at the local paint store. We had to order another double roll in the same dye lot and they were able to make it happen. We are very pleased with the ordering experience, the fast delivery, the quality of the paper, and the customer service.

THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST DISHONEST ON-LINE DELIVERY SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER USED I only received one half of the wallpaper samples that I paid for. When I called to inquire about it, the person with whom I spoke was haughty and dismissive. I just want my money back and for them to "go away." I will get samples from a more reliable source.

I have only ordered samples so far to see if I liked the quality of the fabric. The colors and the fabric were a good quality.

The colors were completely different than shown on website.

On February 14, free shipping was offered. That's when I made purchases of items I'd been considering. Love my purchases and the timely delivery.

Shopping was easy, selection was varied and prices were competitive. What more could one ask for?
