I ordered this fabric on May 4
I ordered this fabric on May 4, 2017 ( Schumacher camden cotton check in Mocha) with an online confirmation the my 24 yards were in stock. This order was then followed by a message saying that it was back ordered until June 5, 2017 and I was told that without cancelling my order, my charge of $1092.00 would be held by you!!!!!!I thought this was somewhat unfair so I cancelled my order.
Please let me know when it is back in stock and I will re-order.

The order was received on 05/04 and we reached out to you on 05/04 to confirm that the manufacturer only had a 20 yard piece and a 3.8 yard piece. The yardage was placed on hold pending your approval. On 05/05 we were notified to cancel the order and issue a refund. An authorization of payment is obtained for any and all orders submitted though the DecoratorsBest website. I am so very pleased with my experience in ordering wallpaper from DecoratorsBest. Fantastic service! Super quick delivery! Packages arrived in perfect condition! I haven't wallpapered in over 20 years and I am quite frankly not happy with how much the costs in wallpapering have shot through the roof. That being said, the Cole and Son, Ardmore Collection, Savuti multi color on cream, is by far, the most beautiful paper I have ever had the pleasure of envisioning in my new home! I found DecoratorsBest had the best price, including free shipping at certain price point. I will definitely purchase again. I only wish they had Thibaut wallpapers.

The wallpaper came extremely fast and was in perfect condition! I ran out so had to call in an emergency order and spoke to the owner Barbara. She took my order right on the phone and three days later my extra paper came and everything looks beautiful! Great pricing, great quality, I will but from here again!!

Great website for really fine fabrics
Great website for really fine fabrics. Found a beautiful fabric that I wanted for a couple of side chairs in my dining room. I had draperies made last year from the same fabric and was thrilled to find that I could order fabric to match. Ordered a sample which came right away and was large enough that I could compare the dye lots. I ordered the fabric and received my order very quickly. It is with my decorator right now.
Found your website by putting the fabric designer's name in Google.
