Garden furniture as described, delivered promptly good price
The only problem being one piece did not line up so we had to drill a new hole and use our own bolts for

Photo on website didn’t match the photo on the box of the item when it arrived. Box is unopened and clothes totally unworn. Unable to return item which is very frustrating when it wasn’t accurate on your website.

Returns process over complicated. Always offered ‘discounts’ instead of straightforward return/refund - Can be very frustrating!

I had to return 2 matching items as the material wasn`t described as slub, which I did not like. As I`m not able to get out I wanted to return my items Royal Mail parcel collect tracked, at my own expense. On enquiring about this, I did not find customer service (via email) helpful at all. I just kept being referred back to YOUR OPTIONS, NO SYMPATHY AT ALL. I had to ask someone else to return the ITems to an EVRI drop off point & when they did, the label PROVIDED BY YOU to print off, was just a Q code & the shop said that wasn`t the correct label & had to print one off themselves using the numbers under the Q code . I see from many reviews that your customer service is poor (to say the least) so I will not be ordering from you again.

I love Skechers Summits. No laces to tackle just slip on and go. However they have become more expensive so I was delighted to find two pairs at such good value. Lovely pastel colours perfect for summer. So comfortable. Straightforward and fast delivery.

You can improve by allowing cancel of order instead of sending it back

Very disappointing. I ordered 2 items n got one n the said we are sending your money back as one item is out of stock I still waiting for my refund . I don’t like the stuff of the hand bag & emailed them for return the didn’t reply me .😓

Tops ordered were awful and not as shown on the photos. The materials were cheap with poor stitching - not what was expected for the cost. Both tops looked exactly the same other than colour online, but when received one was see through, the other was cheap polyester with pulled stitching, and the size/fit was completely different when same size ordered - one much smaller than stated.
On attempting refund/return I was auto-directed to e-mail another company, who then ignored my request for a returns label and seem to expect me to pay to return poor and faulty goods.
I will not shop here again.

I ordered a parasol on 15-07-26 and was told delivery would be the 20-07-26 , it’s now the 28.07.26 and I still do not have the parasol. I have sent around six emails to Debenhams and been told to give it a few more day , I was then told on my last email give it 48hrs which I did, I then emailed again and was told give it another 48hrs , I replied back saying I’ve done this three times now. And I think now we need to talk about a reduction in the cost , met with we will escalate the issue , I went to Debenhams as Wilkinson on line service was horrendous now it seems Debenhams is to.

My issue is that you order through Debenhams but when it comes to returns you are pushed to a third party (DBZ) and my experience is that the returns process is more complicated and fractured, to be honest it's making me think i don't want to order from Debenhams anymore

Nice black cargos. Very heavy material, good quality and arrived faster than I expected. Hard to fault on any level.

A pure delight from start to finish

Ordered a specialist neck/side sleep pillow . Reasonable price , product is good and pleased with it after 2 weeks sleeping with it. Delivery was a little slow compared to some outlets but was within 10 days (which was in line with stated delivery expectation).
