Poor customer service no easy access

Fast delivery and well-packaged items, but the customer service is very disappointing. It’s almost impossible to contact anyone when there’s a problem. I returned several items over two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund with no updates. The delivery is excellent, but the refund process and customer support need significant improvement.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer…

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. I purchased a wedding hat, and it absolutely was not obvious that it could not be returned. Why would a wedding hat be unreasonable? Its not a personal item, no more than a dress or a pair of shoes! I would go so far as to say the 'unreturnable' was deliberately hidden. I asked to return it as it does not fit and it still has all the labels on, and I am within my consumer rights to do so. They have consistently ignored my request and haven't even had the decency to respond to a 14 day letter pointing out my rights as a consumer.
Debenhams is somewhere I always shopped on the high street. What this company has become beggars belief!
I would never buy from online Debenhams again.

Fabulous M&CO Dress

Hi, I always find purchases from debenhams arrive promptly. My latest find was the M&CO plum summer dress, a fab find, a fab price and 100% cotton! So totally appropriate for the summer we are having.

Brilliant Debenhams

Having used Debenhams for many thing's over the years I was delighted to discover for my holiday my favourite company Lancaster being sold at Debenhams so I bought two sets of spf and aftersun which was an amazing price.Easy,straightforward to order and was delivered in a couple of days. Brilliant Debenhams!
