Quality of the clothing is impeccable
Quality of the clothing is impeccable - everything I have ordered for my partner, as birthday gifts for friends/family and even T shirts for myself (a woman) has fit everyone well (even w different body types) and resulted in compliments from others. The clothes have maintained their texture, softness and no pilling despite many washes over the course of the year.
The website also has a good user interface - canceling/changing an order (such as due to a mistake of forgetting to add an item you want or wrong size, wrong discount code, etc) is easy if noticed at first.
My only issue has been (and this is not so much an issue w/ DGW, but my bank) using my US debit card for orders (likely because it is issued by a small local bank). The payment gets declined each time I think due to foreign transaction, and even when I select the “allow payment; not fraud” option via the automatic message from my bank, it seems to not go through on the DGW end when I enter the same card again to update the payment. So, I have started using a different credit card (one I prefer not use to regularly) for my orders, but alas. It is a reasonable workaround.

A pretty classy act...
Discovered this brand when it was selling through M&S, and David Gandy's Premium nightwear may be on the pricey side, but I love the particular comfort and stretch of the fabric which makes this a pretty classy act - snug enough but not overly warm. When I do find the need to wear something in bed I have found nothing better.
**Ordered at 10pm, delivered by 10am the next day - not sure how they did that, but I am impressed!
