A great experience. Twice!
I moved my business gas account to D-Energi some months ago and the shift was very easy and stress-free. (I dread these things). Shortly afterwards I got a call to check that all had gone well. When I was looking for an electricity supplier D-Energi again came up pretty competitive so they seemed an obvious choice. Again the change-over was seamless. This time I got a very polite email asking me how the experience had gone. I get the impression that there are real people working for D-Energi, ones you can talk to. It's all rather refreshing. So, in a competitive world where everything is an impersonal click away I found D-energi's service very good and very personal. Highly recommended.

D-Energi are a nightmare
D-Energi are a nightmare. When a customer gives a 3rd party the authority to request data on their behalf the supplier should respect the customer's decision and authority in that regard. However DEnergi refuse to give any information to brokers who haven't placed any recent business with them. This should not come into it as their customer has given permission for the broker to request the data. All this does is frustrate both the broker and the customer, making both less likely to work with DEnergi in the future!

Excellent Service and price !!!
After shopping around I went with D-Energi on price but had reservations as I had not heard of the company. I need not have worried as the service has been first class. I had a slight problem on the review date but this was my fault as I had misunderstood the initial contract. This was resolved in a highly amicable manner after discussions with Lee in the Customer Services Dept. I have no hesitation in recommending D- Energi.

Delighted we chose D-Energi
We were happily chugging along with our energy supplier of 16 years. Having gone to market and scouted around we came across D-Energi. Although not in the top 6 they were able to provide a really good price (beating our current supplier by a country mile). All our dealings with them were great and we were up and running in no time. Highly recommended for any business.

Simple, Easy Service
Initial set up was not great - however that was partly D-Energi and partly our previous energy supplier. Once all set up, we have had no problems, staff are helpful and provide a great service. Invoice and DD sent same time every month, never any issues with either. Perfect type of contract for an SME. Would recommend
