Excellent customer service from Bilal Nahim. After 8 weeks of frustration bouncing emails back and forth to customer services he picked up my phone call. Bilal recognised the problem, provided a solution and recovered the situation during a single 10 minute call.

Bilal was very professional, and helped with all of my questions.

Tate is the support team that I chat with and he/she is very helpful and understand what I need it. Superb services.

I had to ring Corona to see if they could tell me how much electric we had purchase from the "grid" in megawatt hour for the government BICS. I spoke to Bilal Nahim who was unsure of the answer so he consulted with his colleague's who will find out and contact me soon, rather than me waiting on the phone.
Overall I am very happy with the outcome and I did not have to wait very long for my phone call to be answered.
