Crown Decorating Centres Reviews 

Opening hours supposed to be open till 5 pm I went in @ 4:50 pm to be told they were closed because the comp was switched off ! As its a trade centre not open weekends either

Elaine knows her trade inside and out. She was able to tell me all about the properties of certain paints together with drying times and how to clean the brushes. She is a credit to your business and a delight to talk to. At first I bought one Crown paint but realised after talking to her that it was a different Crown paint that I really needed. She simply did a refund and put through the new sale without a problem. Totally professional.

Very quick and effective delivery which deserves 5⭐️’s.

Not so happy about the price though as I had misinterpreted the website and thought the £40.00 was for a 2.5ltr can not a 1ltr one - hence the lower score awarded.

Visited the Salisbury store on Saturday.
The staff member provided Excellent customer support.
Would highly recommend this store.

Bought water-based paint online at crowndecoratingcentres.co.uk. Thought that I was buying 2.5 litres. Price - £24 very similar price to Toolstation, but Toolstation's was for 2.5 litres, while.crowndecoratingcentres.co.uk was for 1 (one) litre! Felt ripped off by Crown Decorating Centre!

Made several visits for tester pots, to Radcliffe Road branch , always patient and helpful. Final decisions made , orange paint ordered, delighted with result. Would recommend anyone to look no further for all your paint needs. Ladies were brilliant,helpful and friendly.

Must mention Daniel from the Ayr shop who was so friendly and attentive during our visit. His assistance was greatly appreciated. He is a a great ambassador for the company. Cannot recommend Daniel highly enough.

Delivery was due Monday but wasn’t possible, had a call from a lovely lady who had it delivered the same day, very impressed.

I recently purchased paint for the whole house. Some of it was custom coloured, some standard. The team at Cardiff were most helpful and patient with me which I really appreciated. The quality of the paint is exceptional. They even delivered it all to me. Have to say, I shall return!! Thank you for a wonderful experience and amazing quality paint.

Perfect customer service, the paint is really good as we have always found with Crown.

The goods I ordered click and collect were not ready despite receiving an email saying they were.
Crown responded asking for details of my experience via their website site. I had already complained to them via that method but nothing has happened. It is obvious that Crown do not bother.
Another glossy web site with the reality not up to the actuality.

The staff at Crown Decorating Centre, Maidstone went above and beyond to provide us with paint. Machine wasn’t working so they went to Medway and got the paint mixed up for us and brought back to Maidstone store. Lovely, friendly ladies and will definitely use again. I have used before and the service as always been excellent.

Out of the three items I ordered online only one of them was available.
When I picked the order I asked about my account and any applicable discounts .
I was told that a 10% discount was already applied but I would have had 30% discount if I had just gone and bought directly from the store.
Thi makes the idea of buying online and click and collect not worth using

My parcel was not delivered - I tried to contact over the email 3 times and over the phone but still have not received any updates or support. Avoid buying.

Got a email saying upto 48 hours they would be in touch to discuss paint colours and to arrange a delivery, yeah right still waiting
