I was slightly concerned about ordering plants through the mail but I need not have worried. The plants were delivered promptly on the day promised in a good condition. Really pleased with all of my purchases from Crocus

It used to be excellent, but it has gone dramatically downhill. There is a serious, ongoing issue where orders fail to go through, yet customers’ money is still debited. The company has known about this problem for a while but instead of fixing it, they continue to tell customers it’s “being worked on” while taking payments.

Customer service is appalling. Getting a meaningful response is almost impossible, and managers promised to call back but never do. There is no accountability, no urgency, and no respect for customers who are left out of pocket and without their orders.

A company that continues taking customers’ money while knowing there is a fault with its ordering system is unacceptable. I can no longer recommend them. Until they fix the issue and start taking responsibility for their customers, I would strongly advise people to avoid this company.

The plant was not as full or fresh as I had hoped but was delivered when promised and transplanted well. If it does well, I’ll be a returning customer.

Plant delivery was appalling, not placed in designated safe place, one parcel containing 6 lavender (badly pot bound) was placed on a communal drive and knocked by a Tesco van, my text from your courier stated it had been given to “Jack”. The first parcel with penstemons was placed outside my side gate near the road. My delivery charge was refunded but doubt I’ll use Crocus again.

Plants were long and stringy. No flowers or buds. Very disappointing.

The plant was beautifully packed and arrived in perfect condition. I have been watering frequently since planting in this dry weather and so far it's fine but not really growing yet, but I have every hope it will.

This site was recommended to me but I will never be using it again.
Delivery was shocking - twice failed to deliver (although I received acknowledgement that it had been delivered at 10.30pm!). Plants arrived 3 days after my paid for delivery date in a very sorry state. Spoke to a manager who confirmed I would get a new delivery of plants, confirmed the date and then when I phoned was told they don't deliver on Mondays! So why was I told IN WRITING that they do. Absolutely shocking customer service and lying delivery company.

Ordering and choice was excellent. Delivery was less so, primarily because the courier who was entrusted to deliver my order, suddenly decided that it could not be done on the day specified. This is despite the delivery had been confirmed earlier in the day.

I was at home awaiting delivery of my live plants, until the text message advised that it was not possible. When they were put outside my door 24 hours later, the live plants were looking a little less than sprightly.
I immediately unpacked and watered them and planted, them as a matter of urgency.

Some of the elements within the mixed baskets failed to survive, so I then topped the pots up with additional plants from a local garden centre.

I did not complain to Crocus, as the damage was already done. However, this review gives the company some feedback on the delivery company that they choose.
Disappointing as i have used this company on several previous occasions, without any problems.

Great service from Crocus - when plants were misdelivered and I was unable to find them on my street, Crocus immediately replaced them. Lovely helpful customer service person. and good quality plants, well packaged, arrived quickly.

I have ordered in the past and will do so again in the future. The service is always excellent.
