The plants arrived quickly and were very well packed

In the past I have always received good quality products, but at this time I was disappointed as the plants arrived dried out. At least one of them in the bunch was nearly dead. I have managed to give some nutrients for the rest and they seem to have survived.

Healthy plants in good packaging and arrive within stated delivery time. Great service

Was very pleased with the Forsythia. However, the Sambucus “Black Tower” leaves looked as though they may have a problem they are very shrivelled and do not look particularly healthy. The Viburnham Bodentense “Dawn” had a few disease looking leaves that I have cut off and hope it will recover when planted. Certainly not my best purchase from Crocus.

Because you deliver the best plants I have ever had

I purchased some 9cm pot plants from Crocus and I was extremely impressed with the quality when they arrived, and so far they’ve thrived even during a heatwave. The arrived quickly and carefully packaged. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Ordered a cotoneaster. It was wee developed and in great condition.

I had two healthy verbenas but one never really took off and despite watering it seems to have died.

It was delivered with care and the plang was incredibly healthy.

Very disappointed - my plants arrived dried out, broken stems and looking very scraggly - they can barely stand up. Very small and pathetic looking compared to the garden centre locally for roughly the same price.

I’m not sure they’ll survive in all honesty - I know it’s hot, but these would have been dried out and thin looking when packed.

Not sure I’d use Crocus again given this experience - my money would have been better spent at the garden centre.

I’ve contacted customer service and waiting for a response. The packaging was in better condition than the contents.

Update;
I was offered a 30% discount on two plants in the order…totaling £4.80 which is not adequate. I would never have purchased plants in this condition. I have requested to return all the poor quality plants in my order and won’t be using this company again.

Delivered promptly and in good condition. Plants are thriving.

The quality is fantastic. Delivery.on time, well packed, with plants arriving in a good condition.

Unlike the garden suppliers I am struggling to even get a reply from - two orders to Crocus and both delivered to my door on the designated days - needless to say I have switched to them for all future supplies.

Terrible. I ordered 12 3 litre hydrangea pots and was delivered 12 2 litre pots. Under the consumer rights act 2015 I am therefore entitled to a refund. Crocus uses a South African call centre so it’s very hard to get a legitimate resolution. Unwilling to compensate for the smaller size so requested a refund and pick up. Advised that, in this hot summer, it’s my responsibility to care for the plants and ensure I’m around for their pick up as someone who works, and not from home. Do not buy from this company. The plants themselves have clearly been grown as close together as possible and are tall and stringy and not very bushy.
