James was excellent to deal with. He quickly identified the DNS issues, clearly explained what was wrong, and resolved everything efficiently without any back and forth. His knowledge and responsiveness made what could have been a frustrating process very straightforward. Great support and much appreciated.

An absolute scummy company who charge you for services that you never signed up for with you knowing! When I found out and told them, they refused to give a refund as I had to make a claim within 5 business days according to ther policy and when requesting to talk with their manager, they would say that they are not allowed to put us in contact with them as it is against company policy. They also leak your personal information to third parties despite their privacy policy saying otherwise. Stay away from this absolute scummy company!!!

Do Not Recommend - Service Not Provided! Is A Scam!
My experience with CrazyDomains.hk was highly unsatisfactory. After ordering a domain and submitting the required verification documents, the service was never activated. The support process provided no solution, leaving me no choice but to dispute the charge with my financial institution.
During my investigation, I noted a significant discrepancy: the company claims to be based in Australia, while the payment is directed to a Singaporean bank account. This unusual setup, combined with a pattern of similar negative reviews and seemingly inauthentic positive feedback on Trustpilot, raises serious concerns about their operational legitimacy.
I strongly advise others to reconsider before engaging with this service. I am escalating this case to the appropriate legal and consumer protection authorities.

I bought a domain. During the purchase there were no notifications or warnings that the domain was unavailable. If there had been, I would never have bought it. I tried to use the domain immediately, but there were no proper settings available. I gave them 20 days to connect and activate the domain.
After that, I contacted support and was told that they sold me a queue (backorder) for the domain, not the domain itself, and that they cannot issue a full refund because 20 days have passed.
20 days of what, exactly?
The domain was never usable, never configured, and never used by anyone.
I sincerely hope their children became a little more well-fed thanks to those 80 cents, because this is an absolute disgrace and a shameful way to do business.

I have been trying to a refund for a product/ upgrade I was never provided for more than a month now. Each time I call them I am told that they will call me back, or it has been refunded, or it has been escalated. Nothing ever happens. I dont believe this is a mistake. I believe this is part of their deliberately dishonest billing practices.
Crazy Domains have a proven track record of pushing products on their customers they do not need or ask for, then refusing to provide a refund *see other reviews on here). Unless you want to spend hours and hours on the phone to their Philippines call centres to attemot to get a refund, with no result, I suggest using one of the many competant providers tgat are out there.

Was given a price to develop (mimic) a website on November 20 with a 2 week development period. Was advised December 1 that the website development was on hold. Asked for my money back as you cannot work to defined timeline. Have been jerked around since that date, with Marie (sales person) not returning emails of phone calls and having to try and get a response from Alfred/Tom and Lays - who have be willing to help, but does not progress the refund. Last note from escalate team was saying a response can take 24-72 hours. It has been +48 hours and have heard nothing from anyone at CD.

I have an account with crazy domain, was recommended by a friend of mine. During the process if transferring domain, as I just realised that my domain is expiring tomorrow, they expedite the process and help me promptly. Thank you James for your kind help.

Good company, and provides domains at a good rate. Just they want to charge you for every other service like privacy protection, etc which is mostly included for FREE with most providers.

Pretty much awful in general. Misleading. Hype. Quote pre-GST prices. Try to tack on extra fees for every possible thing. Been using for a decade or so, but wouldn't use them if you can avoid it.
EDIT: I've emailed them about these issues multiple times over the years pointing out their violations of their legal obligations in terms of price transparency, so the response below is PR.

In 2025, I purchased a domain through Crazy Domains. During the registration process, a simple email error occurred — something that should be straightforward to correct with proper customer support.
Since then, I have been trying to resolve this issue for many months, without success. I was informed that, due to this email error, the domain was associated with another person. Despite this being clearly an administrative issue, no effective solution has been provided: I have not been given access to the service, the issue has not been properly corrected, and no adequate refund has been processed.
What makes the situation worse is that, despite having no access and no ability to use the service, I was charged again today. This means I am repeatedly paying for something I cannot use, due to a problem that has remained unresolved since last year.
Communication with customer support has been slow, unclear, and ineffective. I receive generic responses with no concrete action, while the charges continue. This reflects a lack of organisation, accountability, and respect for the customer.
I do not recommend Crazy Domains. If anything goes wrong with your registration, be prepared for long delays, unresolved issues, and ongoing charges for unusable services.
I hope this review finally brings the attention that customer support has failed to provide so far.
UPDATE: After posting this review, the support team contacted me and helped complete the verification process and disable the auto-renewal for the backorder subscription. The issue has now been resolved. Thank you to Bern for assisting and following up.
I’m giving 3 stars because the issue was eventually resolved, but it took far too long and required a lot of follow-ups. The charges continued while I had no access, which was very frustrating. I appreciate the final support, but the overall process needs improvement.
