We visited the bed department in the Leeds store last weekend and had a great experience. We were helped by Tamsyn who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We were served coffee while we deliberated and came away feeling we'd made a great decision, unhassled and smiling.
A few days later I got an email from Tamsyn who had picked up another order we had placed online- she had recognised our details and joined the orders together. An impressive service . Highly recommend

We found the furniture we liked and were given full information about it, including additional/alternative options available. We didn’t feel at all pressured and were given space to explore the store at our leisure with help available when requested.

Have used the Leeds store several times in the past and have always been very pleased with the selection of furniture on offer and the help from staff. We bought two sofas today and were helped by David (Johnson) who was great, very friendly and professional but gave us plenty of time to make our selection. Would recommend Christopher Pratts every time.

We saw a sideboard on their website in the sale. We phoned to check it was in the store, drove straight there, bought it, free delivery and discount on a care kit. All with a smile. In and out in 10 minutes. How often does happen?

We really enjoyed our experience at Christopher Pratts in Leeds. The showroom is huge and had such a wide selection of excellent options for our new house that we were spoiled for choice. Duncan was really helpful to us throughout the decision process. Cheerful, knowledgable and not at all pushy. A pleasure to deal with. He also managed to get us some matching cushions for one of the chairs we bought. This extra effort was greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for furniture to pay this showroom a visit.

I was very impressed with service of Andy Aylesbury. I called the office with an enquiry about a specific chair I had seen in Russell Dean at Mythemroyd. Unfortunately they are no longer doing Fama furniture anymore so advised me to call yourselves. Andy did not answer the original call but promptly called me back. He was very helpful and we successfully finalized the deal.

We visited the Leeds store today and placed an order with Duncan he was very professional and extremely helpful we can't wait for our new sofa ..Thanks Duncan 🙂

David Johnson was friendly helpful and informative, he gave us space, no pressure and immediately remembered us when we returned a couple of days later to place our order, he also remembered the sofa we were looking at. Great customer service = happy customers.

Both Duncan and Andy were extremely helpful across the several visits we made. Great advice and product knowledge across the sofas and dining room chairs. In particular, when visiting with a baby they brought my partner water when it was hot and made it much more easy to shop with an under-1. Will definitely be going back once we get round to furnishing a different room.

First visit to the store and staff were very helpful. Having found items I was interested in, David Johnson was available to ask for further details which then led to a sale.

Visited Christopher Pratts yesterday. Overall a very satisfying experience. The only drawback a shortage of sales staff.Good quality furniture with a lot of choice.Our rep was David Johnson knowledgeable polite and very helpful.

This will be our seventh purchase in the last 2 years, and once again Craig was friendly respectful and couldn’t be more helpful and yet efficient. He certainly knows his product. Obviously will deal with Craig for any future furniture purchase, and would recommend him without hesitation.

The showroom was impressive and easily accessible. David helped us with our purchase of a dining table set, he was professional and friendly, and offered us very useful advice on fabric choice for our chairs. We had a great shopping experience and we are very grateful to David for making this possible for us.
