My partner and I visited the store a couple of times trying to pick a sofa for our first home, on each occasion we were greeted warmly by Duncan and the team. Cannot fault the service, communication and advice given by Duncan and David on our visits!

All the staff we spoke to in the store were welcoming and helpful. Craig spent a lot time with us, explaining the mechanics of the sofa we were interested in and guiding us through a wide range of fabric choices. We felt we had been given a good deal and were valued as returning customers.

Shopping for a sofa at Pratt’s in Leeds was a fantastic experience, all thanks to Craig. We walked in completely undecided on what we wanted, but Craig patiently guided us through the options and helped us narrow down our choices until we found the perfect sofa for our downstairs movie room: the Jessie.
​He was exceptionally knowledgeable, educating us on the different cushion filling options so we could get the exact level of comfort we were after. He even gave us a brilliant tip on how to identify which sofas have detachable arms—knowledge that will be a lifesaver when we eventually buy a sofa for our loft space!
​Craig looked after us brilliantly from start to finish, recommended great alternatives, and offered top-tier customer service without any pressure. If you are visiting Pratt’s, definitely ask for Craig!

With all the various beds available I found David very helpful to my own personal needs

Ducan has been great throughout the process we have been into store a number of times to try different options he’s always been welcoming and helpful with his help we picked the perfect sofas which were completely different to our original plans !

Visited your Regent Street Store was greeted by Julie who was very happy and welcoming and made me a wonderful cup of tea (customer service at its best! Julie then introduced us to Duncan (Edward’s) who was very friendly and professional, he helped us choose our Sofa and made the experience seamless, again great customer service. Well done.

Visited Christopher Pratt looking for an Himolla chair. Spoke to Andy Aylesbury who helped us and explained the different options available. Our closest Himolla stockist is near our home but we went to Christopher Pratt because of the way Andy engaged with us.

Went to the Leeds branch on our quest for a new bed. there is a massive selection. We spent 2 hrs on Thursday where we narrowed it down to a few. the following Tuesday we returned and after another 2 hrs finally settled on our new bed.
Throughout both days we were looked after by Chris, he gave us lots of space never pressed but was there when we need his expert advice. Thanks Chris, its a A+ from us. Ian & Julie

We visited Christopher Pratts this weekend to buy another piece of furniture from them. Craig Fletcher gave us great customer service and also a demonstration on how to look after our new furniture when it arrives. Thank you Craig.

A relaxed atmosphere, great choice of furniture and very helpful assistance.

Lovely showroom which felt welcoming on entrance. We were served by Craig and Andy in two separate purchases. Both explained products, availability etc then left us in peace to discuss and look around in our own time, making themselves available again when we were ready to purchase. Both were a credit to the firm and we left with exactly what we wanted at a price we were happy with.

Lisa was excellent, gave us the time to look around at our leisure then helpful and informative about the sofas we selected to purchase..

Went on Saturday 29/08/26 to buy 2 sofas, the store is wonderful, well laid out and impeccably looked after.
We were looked after by Tamsyn who was most personable, very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought 2 Duresta sofas, we knew they were cheaper in a competitor several miles away but Tamsyn beat the price no problem, really enjoyed the experience.
We recommend Cpratts to anyone

Today I bought two settees and a bed with base and headboard from Christopher Pratts.

Initially, for the settees,Duncan came to my aid and went through all the options with me. There was no pressure selling and he stood back and gave me time to look at different settees and configurations.
I then went ahead with the purchase.

Next I went upstairs to see Christian who was very knowledgeable and again there was no pressure selling (which I dislike).
Christian was very patient whilst I tried out the different mattresses before settling on one. He didn’t try to steer me into buying one over the other and left the decision to me.

The furniture in most of my house is from Christopher Pratts and it’s my first port of call when searching for new furniture.

Thank you to both of these guys for their help and patience. They are both excellent salesmen.

Andy (Aylesbury) could not have been more helpful - We literally dragged him around the store while we were trying to make up our minds, great knowledge of all the products we were inquiring about. He even found an additional item we were looking for that they didn't have in the store. Fantastic customer service. This is the 3rd purchase we have made from Christopher Pratts store in under 12 months - service has always been been impeccable.
