We visited with my mother to Christopher pratts in Leeds.
We purchased a sofa before lockdown, still doing great. And ordered some chairs for a dining table. Chris was very helpful! and put the order through for us smoothly.
Great quality furniture.

The final part of our new build journey was bar stools, Craig went beyond showing me so many options and configurations. Worked through our kitchen design, colours and other furniture to ensure I had a complimentary design. Wish I’d discovered this store earlier (although not sure my bank balance or husband do!) thanks again

I was looking for a sideboard with a cupboard and drawers in solid oak, but it had to be a specific size. I received excellent customer service from Duncan Edwards today in the Leeds store. He was professional and friendly without being intrusive . He suggested looking in another area of the store to ensure I had seen all available options and I was happy with my choice.

I was also impressed that delivery to the room the sideboard will be situated is included in the price which was already competitive. That was especially helpful to me as it is going upstairs and I wouldn’t have been able to manage on my own.

All in all a very pleasant experience and great choice of quality furniture for the home. I will certainly shop there again.

We made our second purchase with Christopher Pratts this year, this time 2 sofas. We came back to them as we had such a good experience when we recently bought a dining table and chairs. (The guys who delivered these were excellent).
Pratts have a great selection to choose from. David Johnson was very good to deal with, very helpful and personable.

Excellent experience purchasing our new furniture from Christopher Pratts in Leeds. We purchased two beds, two mattresses and a glass table, and from start to finish the service was fantastic.

A special mention to Dale, our sales assistant, who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, gave us great advice without being pushy, and made the whole purchasing process easy and enjoyable.

We visited the store a couple of times in recent weeks and have just placed an order for a new sofa and chairs. Christopher Pratts has an almost overwhelming range of products, fabrics and options from which to choose.

I needed arrange interest free credit and received excellent help and guidance from Malaika. She was patient and knowledgeable and explained what needed doing and quickly resolved the matter.

We ordered a footstool to compliment our sofas previously bought. We dealt with Mark Huntington who managed to source this from the supplier even though the range had since been discontinued. He even managed to make sure the feet on the footstool were exactly the same as the sofas we have. Excellent work 10/10.
