FLOGGING A DEAD HORSE...

I've just ended an agreement I had with them on the sell side because, as far as I could tell, they thought that my asking price was too high and so did nothing to try and sell my house. And the agreement tied me in for 16 weeks, which Andrew Clarke tried to extend for another four weeks. Very poor communication with me, especially Andrew Clarke. AVOID!

Nightmare....stay away!

Certainly not a lot positive to say about the Stockton Heath office, in particular Declan their sales manager! From day 1 of us putting an offer on a property we had to chase and chase. Then finally had our offer 'apparently' accepted but when we chased again we received an email few days later to say....
In the interim my colleague has received an offer on the property from a previously interested party and reported this to the vendor.

Our client has asked us to make you aware of this.
I can disclose that the other party are in no chain and are looking to
complete in a matter of weeks: The vendor has asked me to see if you would like to revise your offer for them to consider I'd be grateful if you could let me know as soon as possible so I can update the vendor.
The interim was actually the time the property should've been taken off the market after receiving our offer and being accepted!!
Avoid at all costs, I think Declan would be better suited to dodgy car sales!
Thank you to Sarah though who was always helpful
