Excellent Service!

I contacted Cover for you to amend our travel insurance policy due to a recent health problem. I phoned Cover for you and spoke to a wonderful lady named Zyreena. She was so helpful, very understanding and made the anendment to our policy effortless.

ins renewal

Found it a bit of a pain cancelling one policy just to start another, just to remove an option missed on renewal, they now have £700 of my money and have to wait for the £411 refund. The guy i spoke to was very helpful and professional but the phone line was awful, sounded like i was talking to a dalek
