I won't even give them 1star because…

I won't even give them 1star because it's a bad company, dnt ever buy your policy with them because they ask you 10000 of documents and then at the end they will reject your claim. They dnt guide you through. Worst company ever they just making money from ppl but not helping them

We are sorry we were not able to consider your claim.

We ask for all relevant information during a review of a claim but if the circumstances are not covered or excluded within our terms and conditions we cannot proceed with a claim. In this case, we requested a Proof of Usage document from you, which is something that is readily available from your network provider. However, as you were unable to provide this and failed to report the incident to your network provider within 24-hours, the insurer was unable to authorise your claim.

All this information was confirmed to you in your letter of decline.

The worst company!!

The worst company!!! I made a claim in june 2023 and they finish my claim on 9 feb 2024 .. only because they said it was a misunderstooding about a question that ive completed when i made the claim!! I paid every mounth for nothing !!

Would recommend CoverCloud to anyone!

I got an expensive ebike last year (2023) in February and a few weeks later, it got stolen! I was so stressed and worried as I'd never had such an expensive item stolen before. I contacted CoverCloud to make my claim and they were so quick and easy to deal with, I would recommend them to anyone. I got my claim sorted and new bike within only about 2 weeks. They were also very easy to communicate with and very helpful every time. I have just renewed my insurance for another year and don't plan to leave them anytime soon.

I didn't like the fact they access your bank account for payment using your card details at anytime.

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received.

Monthly instalments are collected on the anniversary of the policy start date. Should an instalment fail, we send an email and a text message along with a secure link to complete payment online, however, if there is no response, we shall try again a few days later.

If the collection date is not convenient, you can request that we change the collection date to an alterative day within the month.

WORST INSURANCE EVER

I was trying purchase a policy and entered all details but whenever I tried to click continue it said server error, I further contacted the team through live chat and they couldn’t assist me first and said to wait tomorrow continuously and try again. After that, I contacted them and the chat agent said the retailer name was too long and to shorten it and then they said that if I made a claim it would be declined since they can not confirm if the retailer is trusted even though I have a receipt, the original box, and bought it for full price. After that, the chat agent was being disrespectful to me and was showing attitude towards me. I would advise anyone not to purchase a policy from this company since they most likely would scam you if it went through and later on if you would like to make a claim they would decline it and it would be a waste of your money.
