They were v quick to sell me hair laser removal packages but when I went back complaining that it had not worked as well and I should get some mor free sessions ,they said I had not been regular and stuck to the 4 weeks interval-when I asked why wasn’t I advised this when the therapist saw that I was giving longer gaps -then I was told oh it’s in the contract !!
However they are trying now to sell me more sessions in a bid that I need more work

I am not going to mince words and sugar coat anything, please for anyone reading this, for the sake of your dignity, which is priceless,

I strongly recommend that you reconsider finding another more reputable and ethical clinic for your procedures, because it will save you a lot of heartache and distress, which i am currently suffering from stepping foot in this place.

Please, if you are considering to have an intimate procedure done with them PLEASE for your own SAKE, DON'T.

These people take NON-CONSENSUAL INTIMATE PHOTOGRAPHS OF YOUR BODY WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION OR PRIOR KNOWLEDGE.

this is the responce the shameless manager gives when they take pictures without your permission or knowledge: ' In regards to keeping pictures I have looked into this and we have received a reply from the MDU that digital photo’s form part of your medical records to for the patient’s benefit and ours.

The MDU states a patient does not have the right to demand erasure of any medical records, only for the correction of any record they believe to be inaccurate.'

Basically they will refuse to delete them and will hold them due to their special 'policies' I learnt this from my own expeirence. If that is ok with you, proceed reading about their other lovely qualities;

Staff tries to sell you its sub-par clinic products, as soon as you enter their doors, they espically prey on younger people from what I have observed; hence, you are reduced to nothing more than a walking wallet for the people who work here. They do not care about your concerns, the manager espically; if you can call them one.

Staff pester people to leave good reviews as soon as you leave their vicinity.

I have been to other clinics in the Uk and even in other countries but I can say hand on heart, that I have never been treated as shamelessly and with as much little regard to my comfort as a paying client, as possible then in this clinic.

I have written this review because I want to warn people beforehand what they may be getting themselves into and to save them their peace of mind.

I have used Courthouse Clincs Sheffield twice now and both times I had a positive experience. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the receptionist offered me a hot drink whilst I waited as I turned up early. My appointment started on time and Amy who did my treatment was pleasant and polite. She took the time to explain to me what I needed to know and was happy to answer all my questions. The treatment room was nice and clean and Amy practiced good hygiene throughout the treatment. I had the dermapen (rejuvapen) treatment which gives good results even after a single treatment, although a course of four is recommended. After the treatment Amy gave me aftercare advice which I definitely appreciated. Nothing could really be improved other than the price which can seem expensive at the time but you definitely get what you pay for. I will be using Courthouse clinics Sheffield again.
