Terrible service. I couldn't make an appointment with referal number online (already strange) , so I have to call to make an appointment. On average to reach them by phone takes 15-20 mins... I tried like 5 times to finally have my appointment. The servie agents don't sound very enthusiastic. A few days later, my appointment just disappeared from the Xpert app - I don't understand if it's a glitch as I didn't receive any cancellation email. But I remember reading online review about appointment cancelled without notification, so I called them to check. Yes, it was cancelled, according to them "by me". I don't know what's the problem, but from the beginning I don't have a good feeling about Xpert clinic. Now I am glad they cancelled my appointment, as I decided to go for another clinic.

Three weeks wasted. After three weeks they told me that they could not repair my muscle tear and that I had to find another clinic myself. The waiting time is 5-10 times longer than the website indicates. Now I have less time to find a doctor who wants to operate on me. At the first visit they said they would repair me, but they changed their minds. Even when I found a new doctor at another clinic, they start making problem to give me referall. They completely ignored my case when I begged them to refer me, they told me to stop calling, otherwise they stop answer my phone. At this moment I contact with PVP about situation, because of they probably I will never can use my arm like before. Go anywhere else but avoid this place if You care about you health.

Xpert Clinic charged me €120 for a 30-second follow-up call I didn’t ask for, 3 months after my visit. I complained, but they refused to correct it. Be aware before booking!
