This has got me fuming

This has got me fuming about Glazier Clinic in Oshawa. So Aug 2025 I found out from tests that I have arthritis in both hips and both knees but the major hurt zone is my left hip and generates pain to my left knee. So Sept 10 2025 I had an appt for a shot in my knees and hip from Dr Ali Abdulhafid. The Dr said it’s not going to do anything, he said you need a hip replacement. I said I wanted to try a shot first. So he only does knee shots now for some reason and the Oshawa Hospital Intervention Radiology does hip shots. So I get the prescription on Sept 11 2025 and nothing is scheduled yet and today is Oct 28.

So here’s where people drop the ball and do as little as possible. The receptionist was to fax yes fax what we did in the 70’s my name and particulars. So I called the Glazier asking why the Hospital hasn’t called me yet for a booking of my shot. All they say is we sent the fax and it’s acknowledged. So I call the hospital and they tell me they hadn’t received the fax. So the Glazier send it a total of 3 times. So I actually dropped in in person at the Glazier with my frustrations. They said we’ll try and call the hospital. So a week goes by, nothing. The following week and week after I make 2 more in person visits to the Glazier telling them that the Hospital still hasn’t called.

So now when the Hospital does acknowledge they fax the Glazier asking for information they need from the Dr. Ali. But the Dr that gives the knee shots is part time and only comes in on Wednesday’s. So I spoke with one receptionist that went far beyond what her normal duties are by following up with the hospital. Her name is Lisa. So Lisa said she’ll leave the updated info on the desk so the Dr can provide the info on Wed for the hospital. Tomorrow will be 2 Wednesday’s and I haven’t heard squat. So I plan on calling the Glazier for an update today and am not holding my breath. What a joke.

So IMO we have 2 areas, the Hospital and the Glazier that do not care to followup on this clown show of mine. So what is wrong here with today’s job ethics? It’s the I don’t care attitude that urks me. To me it sounds like some people just don’t like what they’re doing day to day and don’t want to go out of their box.

I left a message at the Glazier hours ago and still no return call.

Update, nobody cared to return my call by EOBD. Geez. Maybe we need to pay them
more.

Update: Nov 11, 2025, The last person at the Glazier I spoke with said she’d leave the necessary information for the PT Dr when he comes in on Wed. That was for Oct 29.
Well the Hospital finally called me on Nov 10, and my appointment isn’t until Feb 2026 for my shot.

Note, I received my prescription on Sept 11 2025.
So if we had a system where if you wanted to get in front of the line for $100, I would pay it rather than wait for people to get on the same page.

Walk in is a joke when your in there with a fever of 101 and the doctor never even checks your temperature. She has more concern of going through your file and removing old meds off your list. My flu is so bad. She must of thought it was funny by not looking at what my doctor of 48 years has been giving me. That always work for me. Dr. Parray Baynazir gave me a med for infections not a antibiotic after I had to argue with her to get anything. My name is chris brown my family doctor is dr David Barker. This was not the first time I had to argue with her making her own ruling trying to be god to me someone need to boot outa that office because 4 days later still have my flu and temp is 98. Guess once again I have waste my time and money for a next trip back and will be going back to work sick on monday

Not enough quality speakers that can …

Not enough quality speakers that can actually present material that is applicable to the high school level. There's a few guys each year that are awesome but they get outweighed by number of presenters who aren't very informative.

Coach Rodriguez

Glazer Clinics were very professional and they had great speakers that helped us understand how to use the drills they used into our team practices.

Great Value

Great experience I would recommend this to everyone who wants to get better as a coach. Vast opportunities are presented to learn and network with other coaches. Can't beat this you learn from veteran coaches who have real life experience coaching. Great clinics, and great on line resources.
