The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. The product itself is well made and beautiful. The delivery by Gary and Ant was top notch. I highly recommend this company for all these reasons. We will be buying from them again!

Great friendly service

Gary and Mike were great… I had a text earlier in the morning with an estimated time and they arrived almost on the dot. They were friendly and really helpful taking the bookcase to the room I asked, unpacking it and taking away all the packaging. They were friendly, polite, professional and efficient. The delivery didn’t take long but it’s exactly where I wanted it and no mess. Great service, thank you so much! 😊

Gary & Mike (CHD Driver: 4) were fantastic - friendly, accommodating and they were very thorough when building the furniture. Lilly in the Bath store was also very good. The logistics/delivery team however were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Total lack of communication, delivery slots missed and generally useless!

Friendly staff, easy to order our chairs and delivered on the day despite not getting a 2 hour window call. Customer services sorted it out for us and chairs arrived promptly after that and in an all electric vehicle!

Helpful store support in choosing product. Able to select and amend delivery to suit. Kept up to date on when delivery due. Delivery drivers very pleasant. They pointed out a fault with product and reported to company

Yesterday was the first time I visited this store.
I was very impressed with all the furniture,bedding etc…but mostly impressed with how welcoming,friendly and helpful the staff were…..particularly the young lady who served me

I purchased furniture from the Cotswold Company which I am really pleased with as it is solid and well built. The furniture was delivered by Charlie and Matt who were very helpful and managed to fit the furniture in a tight fitting space. I will definitely buy from the Cotswold Company again and will hopefully have the same delivery team.

The item was exactly as described and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The company’s customer service is truly impressive — I received constant updates about the delivery, and on the morning itself, I was given an exact time window, which made everything so convenient.

The delivery team, Fred and Abel, were exceptional. They were polite, courteous, and went above and beyond to place the item exactly where I wanted it. They also took the time to clearly explain what to do if the item wasn’t as expected or was damaged upon opening. They even offered to unpack it for me, which I declined as they had already been incredibly helpful.

On top of that, the quality of the furniture is superb — it looks exactly as it did on the website. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Diabolical company to buy from!! I wanted a chair from the company store in Canterbury it was ex display BUT WOULD NOT DELIVER SO TO GET A MAN WITH A VAN I would of ended up paying the full price although the assistant were polite and helpful there was no way around it I even offered to pay for delivery ANYONE OUT THERE DONT BITHER BETTER OFF AT JOHN LEWIS AT LEAST YOU KNOW AND GET WHST YOU PAY FOR

All good, didn't have the chair we wanted in store but staff were very helpful and we were able to see the fabric on another chair. ordered online later but wouldn't have if we hadn't seen the quality at the store.
