The delivery drivers, Antony and Charlie were polite, efficient and friendly. Our armchair was delivered well within the notified time schedule and we are very pleased with it.

Earle and Ken were absolutely fantastic. They turned up exactly on their scheduled time and got straight to work on building out beautiful media cabinet! Zero input required from me and brilliant customer service throughout. Very quick and efficient!

The furniture itself is beautifully made and a wonderful addition to our media room.

I received my order yesterday of a coffee table, dining room table and chairs and I am so pleased with the quality of the furniture and also the fact there is a standard 15 year guarantee. I had also received a free wood sample before I placed my order which was so helpful to see what it might look like in my house before buying and made my decision much easier since I was buying online. I will definitely look to purchase again in the future. I would also like to thank Gary and Jake for their help delivering the furniture into the room of my choosing and did a brilliant job of bringing in the many large boxes for my order 6656256 within my chosen delivery time. Excellent customer service! Ordered two sofa beds in error, Natasha and all the people I spoke too at TheCotswold Company, were amazing and supportive. The sofa bed is high standard, really happy with product. The drivers were polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this company snd will use again.

The goods arrived on time, and from the original projected delivery date to the time slot given on the actual day of delivery, we were emailed and texted regular updates. Morgan & Tyrell, the delivery team, were courteous, respectful of our property and extremely helpful in taking two single beds and mattresses up two flights of stairs to an attic bedroom.
