Unfortunately, our experience handling the purchase of our house was far from what we expected. Throughout the process, there was a significant lack of communication and we had to chase for almost every piece of information. When we did receive responses, they were often vague and omitted important details.

We provided all the requested paperwork at the very beginning of the process, only to discover towards the very end that it had not been properly checked. This caused unnecessary frustration and made an already stressful process even more difficult.

What was particularly disappointing was that we often received more useful and timely information from the estate agent, M2, than from our own conveyancer.

It has now been over a month since we finalised the purchase, but unfortunately the experience has left a bitter taste. Buying a house is a major life event, and we believe the process could have been handled very differently, with better communication, attention to detail, and a more proactive approach.

Sadly, based on our experience, we would not recommend this service.

Overall to be honest the experience was not very good at all and because of this I could not recommend this company. The service was slow and the person who dealt with our transaction could at sometimes be a little rude in how they came over. Im sure this wasnt intentional but there communication skills do need to be fine tuned a little.

When I initially researched this company the reviews were typically good but during the time we were using them the reviews did seem to drop off a little.

I couldn’t recommend Convey Law highly enough. They’ve been brilliant throughout the process of both selling my home and buying my new one.

Sophie and Jasmin were incredibly responsive whenever I had questions and always took the time to explain everything clearly, which made what can be quite a stressful process feel much more manageable. I was particularly impressed with the level of due diligence they carried out when purchasing my new home. I felt confident that they had thoroughly checked everything and were doing everything possible to make sure the transaction was handled properly.

What really stood out to me was how looked after I felt throughout the whole process. I never felt like just another number or another case. Instead, Sophie and Jasmin made me feel genuinely valued and cared for, almost like they were looking after a friend, whilst remaining completely professional throughout.

A huge thank you to the whole team at Convey Law. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancer, and I would happily use them again for any future property transactions.
