The service provided by, my Conveyancer was very slow, took 10 months for my flat to go through. It took them weeks sometimes to review and reply back to the sellers Solictor's, there was no proactive actions taken by them to contact the seller solictors on phone to clear queries. Overall would not recommend or use them again. They charged very high fees as well, as I complained but received no discounts as a goodwill gesture either.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process of selling and buying our property. Emails were answered quickly and any questions were answered straight away. By having Convey law deal with both selling and purchasing made the stress and anxiety of moving house that bit more bearable.

The whole process was easy, especially with digital platform. You could follow the progress👍🏾

Given the fact we were first time buyers and not part of a chain, everything took ages. Communication was poor- not getting back to us when we ask for help and sending emails that we couldn’t understand at all due to the language used. When asked for clarification we were told “everything is on the document”.
Additionally, lots of extra fees for things we didn’t ask for, and we were charged a lot more than we were quoted for “unseen circumstances” like the fact we had been given gifts from family for the deposit, and for them to check our building insurance- surely these things are standard!
Would not recommend to anyone!
