I was very impressed with Complexions. The shampoo I ordered was sold at a great price point much cheaper than any of the rivals and the item arrived quickly. The website was easy to negotiate I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Competitively priced but poorly packaged
I selected this site as it had the product I wanted at the most competitive price however the packaging was poor and the item leaked in the post. I probably lost the cost saving in shampoo wasted from leakage. I’ll be buying from my previous provider next time.

Efficient service - order arrived promptly and intact. Scope to make packaging a bit more environmentally friendly - ? alternative to bubble-wrap-lined envelope + overuse of parcel tape!
