From the first point of contact booking an appointment you are made to feel valued as a customer! Adam is a genius with cutting, colouring and blow-drying. Thank you Adam! Lovely to see Karen back too! Another talent who restored my faith in hairdressers many moons ago! I recommend this salon wholeheartedly!

V slow delivery
I ordered this product on a Monday evening and paid next day delivery so I would have it for a birthday present on Wednesday. Unfortunately the item did not arrive until Friday. Very disappointed.

Inaccurate Description
I ordered 2 bottles of original aveda shampure based on the description and photos provided on the website. When the bottle arrived it turned out they were a later edition, the aveda shampure nutritive line which is a different more recent formulation. I sent these back and asked for refund of the postage fees as I deemed the return to be due to inaccurate description- unfortunately the seller did not refund £13 worth of postage fees. Will not be buying again from Complexions.
