The mobility scooter cover i purchased…
The mobility scooter cover i purchased from you fits perfectly and very good quality, complete care shop made it very easy and straightforward to order from. However the delivery wasn't great as we had to go a hospital appointment on the day of delivery so arranged with them to leave our purchase in the front porch but when we arrived home found it on the doorstep not good as anyone could have taken it. Forgot to mention that we paid for next day delivery but didn't arrive until the day after bit disappointing.

One brake totally jammed and, being disabled, I had to find someone to come to my house to fix it-far from easy.

Stress and time
Some of my order was not in the delivery box. A message said that the remaining items would be sent to me separately. More than a week now and nothing has arrived and no information about the remaining items has been sent to my email address. Looks like I will have to make a complaint which takes time and gives me stress , the last thing I need at my age.
