The customer service people at Retail Me Not were very responsive and very helpful .

Look, many thumb down sites that offer bad coupon codes, which RMN is included. In that sense, I do not disagree on that note. With that said, what RMN does that differs from others is the Cashback feature. It remains one of few sites that does follow through with it, in addition to assistance post-submission. Did I ever have denied claim? Absolutely. Then again, most folks purchase w/o any cashback incentive, so this is actually considered a bonus, with high successful rate (90%+). Overall, this site offers a great portal to earn some of those dreadful 'tax' back, and it is a positive outcome in my book. Thank you for reading my honest feedback.

Order tracking reliability seems to be going down in the recent months that coincided with some changes being introduced on their website, but so far, the RMN Customer Service has been great in responding to issues, so still recommend, although I'm not particularly excited on needing to follow up on most orders.

TERRIBLE!!! Don't waste your time! I have clicked on them for cash back and have the emails saying I activated the cash back procedure and have the receipts that I purchased from said retailer, but they kept showing pending, pending, pending forever. I called and was told to email my proof which I did and got an email back saying thanks and they would handle it. Oh yeah, they handled it alright, they then removed all the pending transactions!! I gave them another chance but they are doing it again. Showing pending transactions forever, meaning you never get paid AND other pending transactions were complete deleted..this is a total scam company in my opinion, don't bother, don't waste your time like I did, countless hours on end! The last few times I tried to call so got the phone tree, automated message after automated message..they need to be investigated and there needs to be a class action suit against them.

Cannot get RetailMeNot to stop emailing me. Also, when I try to login to last acct info I have for them, they don't recognize password. When I try to reset password, they NEVER contact me -- NEVER!! Cannot reach customer service and have left messages.

9/15/2025: Retailmenot responded to my review with instructions THAT DO NOT WORK!!! I still cannot log into the online account to CLOSE MY RETAILMENOT ACCOUNT!!! This is harassment in every sense of the word. JUST CLOSE THE DOGGONED ACCOUNT!!!

9/16/2025: ANOTHER EMAIL THIS MORNING!! REALLY??? YOU JUST WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE?

Long time user of their browser extension and always activate the cash back before I make a qualified purchase. I also receive an email each time I activate. Noticed my cash back balance hasn't increased in months. Checked my rewards history and no activity since April! Tried remembering which purchases qualify and uploaded images of the order summaries. Submitted a claim. Waiting for my case to be reviewed. Update: Some of my purchases were "auto ship" and they're excluded. Somewhat annoying RetailMeNot received affiliate commission on these purchases anyways. Will be careful not to click cash back unless I know for certain my purchase qualifies.

UPDATE, 9/5/2025: I wish that Trustpilot allowed uploads with these reviews so I could show everyone screenshots of the correspondence I've endured since RetailMeNot response. As they suggested, I went back to the same 'help' website that I had already been to twice before, and upon entering the AI-generated chat and seeking an update on my case numbers, it provided the same response it always does, that it's sorry that I am experiencing this issue, and to fill out the form so that customer service can reach out to me. Why would I do that for a third time to receive a third case number that no one's going to follow up on?

And I know they're targeting me now, because when I attempted again to redeem my cash back, now when I click to receive a code, it won't even go through. Instead it says, "An unknown error occurred." When I go to my account to review my communication preferences, thinking maybe that might be the issue, it says, "There was an error loading your information. Please try again." I've tried downloading the app, thinking maybe I'll be able to progress through there instead of online. No such luck, as it won't even log in with my email and password that is the same as the one I'm already logged into online. Even the share feedback section on their website is inactive, rerouting to a Google forms that's no longer accessible.

RetailMeNot, you are a sham. The fact that the only correspondence you manage to send are replies to complaints on another company's website is despicable.

RetailMeNot used to be a great, but this year, they've completely lost any credibility. I need the email verification code to redeem my cash back, and I've requested the code multiple times and checked all of my folders including the junk and spam, but it's still not there. I've reached out twice (waiting more than 48 hours between contacts) and heard nothing back regarding the fact that I am not receiving the code to my email so that I can redeem my cash back. It's been more than four days since I initially reached out and no one from RetailMeNot has contacted me. I get all the other emails from RetailMeNot about when I've activated cash back and when you've been notified of a purchase, but for some reason, they're not sending me the code so I can redeem my money. The customer support is useless, providing the same AI-generated and limited, scripted responses with no way to truly escalate an issue to a person in real time. I have two case numbers but not even an email confirmation that my cases are open nor any acknowledgment that they've been received.

I completely agree with everyone else that there are many other cash or points back companies out there, and even if they're at a lower Redemption rate than what RetailMeNot sometimes offers, at least they're consistent with their cash back process and have someone you can talk to. RetailMeNot needs to respond accordingly, so I can redeem my money and never use them again.

I have used this company for years. Since June 2025 I rec d zero cash back and zero help. The customer service is horrendous and they ask me to send receipts with dates of purchases for everything from now all back through June which isn't even possible at this point. However I recently submitted 2 that are showing the same blanked out for rewards with receipts as well as one from beginning of July. The response was wait 45 days. This company has turned into a scam. Going to use Rakuten from now on.

The one you refer to as being paid out was only because I shifted through receipts dating back to prove it to you. Again all others show the dashed line you ignore and give silly excuse that I have to wait 45 days. The dash line doesn't change and 45 days later it gets forgotten and too hard to keep track of. I got reimbursed ONLY BECAUSE I CAUGHT ONE OF MANY .

After years of going to this website and never once getting a code that worked, I decided I had to let folks know that this site is not worth your time. Just stay away and maybe it will finally go away.

I'm usually able to fine a coupon that works, but most coupons I try come up as not valid or expired.

Codes for Hollister NEVER work! In fact MOSt of your so called discounts never work! I’m deleting this app.

RetailMeNot owes me money! They won't pay up. So I have two "redeemed rewards" 32.77 and 33.59 I did not receive either one. And RMN support are useless and won't pay what I am owed. And their support were horrible to try and help. This is from last year. I have a screenshot of it as well.

This company makes it extremely difficult to receive your rewards. You have to email several times and prove sale was made, when that is their job, or at least it's advertised like that. I regret ever getting involved with this company. It is a scam, im so much as it makes you do all the work to get their advertised discount. It's not easy, it's hard! Don't use this site, there are better ones.

This use to be a great site to get coupons, now almost all coupons on the site are fake and never work, they use to have a icon you could click if a coupon worked or not, now its gone. This site is useless, dont even waste your time on here.

This is a scam website! They removed all of my cashbacks that were worth hundreds without any notification or any elaboration.

Stay away from this scam guys. Retailsmenot is getting the payments from the brands, without paying the customer. This company should be sued and investigated.

Promo was easy to redeem
