Livechat - Coloplast are always eager to help. The staff are very friendly and have helped me get out of a sticky situation (more than once) when Ive been running low on supplies, as often the GP can be slow to grant authorisation.

It was one of the most difficult and to me embarrassing times of my disability’s, after issues with my spine and damage to nerves , I started loosing control of my bowl function. I was to embarrassed to leave the house incase I had an accident at that point I was in my mid 50’s , I wouldn’t go anywhere without knowing where every toilet was on the journey . I was then referred to Coloplast a nurse came to the house and talk me through the hole process about all the options that we available to me , once a decision was made she talked me and my husband through a procedure we had chosen. She was absolute brilliant put us both at ease and very professional. After that and after a while of getting used to things and having help at the end of the phone if I ever needed it . I now have more confidence in being able to go out and about if I have to thanks to the understanding and wonderful help from the hole team at Coloplast . And they don’t just abandon you once your able to use everything there still here helping me all the time . Thank you so much 😁

coloplast have been my supplier of stoma equipment for almost 7 years,i cannot praise them enough for prompt attention,deliveries and advise when needed.

What brilliant service from colorplast. I came out of hospital ordered my bags as I was running low but I didn't receive confirmation which was really unusual was getting desperate rang them and it seems due to an error my prescription went elsewhere within the hour new prescription issued I rang explaining I only had 3 bags left they went above and beyond and I received my new order the next morning at 10.35am amazing service well done the whole team.

Right from the start the team have been there for us. Excellent help and advice, prompt efficient dispatch of supplies. Everyone I have spoken to seem to genuinely care about my husbands concerns and worries and are always kind and considerate. Excellent company

I have just come off the phone from talking to one of the Coloplast agents who in my opinion was absolutely wonderful! I had a few issues to discuss which I won’t go into because obviously they are all recorded against my account but she was very helpful and fully understood my situation. She was patient with me and we took each step without any rush.
Her Customer service skills are excellent and she is a credit to the company. I know I cannot speak to the same agent every time I call but I hope we can speak again at some point in the future.

After a scary start of what to expect, the staff at coloplast and nurses guide you on products, care and changes. I can't thank them enough having made my life as safe and confident I never expected. Orders are quickly processed and delivery excellent, drivers are courteous and helpful if you can't lift a box into your house.

Every time I contact coloplast, everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They answer my questions quickly and help sort out any issues, which are caused by myself rather than anything coloplast have done. My most recent contact was with Teghan who quickly sorted out my request to modify something on my portal pages. The ordering process is simple and im kept up to date with everything going on. They also provide useful support and good advice, so they provide a very good service.

Incredibly helpful chat service from Teghan. Had the wrong size cut on my bag she quickly rectified the issue and organised a new delivery. Amazing service from Teghan.

The Coloplast helpline staff are always amazingly helpful and sort out any problems immediately. Today she sorted out 3 missing items. She also advised on the Heylo and advised to go to stoma nurse to sort this out. Fantastic company.

After making the change from previous suppliers 6 months ago, Colopast have gone above and beyond to supply me with top service and products. Even had a few emergency supplies sent next day delivery. Definitely the best in the business, Thank you

Coloplast have helped so much for my husband's stome needs this past year since his operation.
I have found them to be very helpful on the phone and empathetic towards my questions.
They have liaised with our stoma nurse and have tweaked the bag orifice without any problems.
Just recently we have been able to get the prescription, after an email to confirm, automatically. A big help, and with deliveries so prompt.

I use coloplast pouches and base plates and the cutting size is absolutely perfect every time 👍🏻 brilliant dry wipes, wet wipes, bags and bed pads too. Best stoma supplier I have used over the past 10 years. (I've tried 5 other stoma suppliers and been let down)
Also great aftercare team that follow up to make sure everything is okay, and give you their telephone and email details if any concerns.
There products are the best I have used 👌🏻

I have always had a fast response to any query I have raised with Coloplast in the past, and my orders have been promptly dispatched without any problem. The re-ordering process is smooth and simple, and you can even re-order by replying to a text they send out when the next order is due. Very helpful for someone as forgetful as me!

A fantastic service!! Given at a time when I was so worried regarding obtaining an usually large supply of this complimentary item due to the large amount I am currently using due to a surgery infection. Abbie had no hesitation and ordered me a supply immediately!! This is such a relief. Cannot thank her enough.
