For at least 15 plus years I've had excellent service from this company and it's staff. I cannot make even one adverse comment regarding them.
I must also congratulate the company and whoever redesigned the new sheath for the SpeediCath Standard catheters. At last, no more sliced fingers at least once a week when trying to open a metallic sheath! The new design is excellent.

Charter gives the most brilliant service. They work really hard to give the customer peace of mind and get the products out as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them every time. Never been disappointed and have often exceeded what I thought was possible. Thanks to Abbie today for sorting out an order for me.

Had my ileostomy for 18 months and bed. With Coloplast from day one . Not only have I not had a single issue , every order is on time , 100% accurate . When I’ve called or used online chat the staff are always polite , extremely understanding and knowledgeable . Just been chatting with Samantha online and yet again - hassle free , prompt help and nothing too much trouble . First class service - I’ll never use anyone else

Coloplast are a brilliant supplier of medical kit, based on my personal experience over the past 8 months.
Their delivery service is second to none with supplies being delivered within a couple of days by a courier who communicates accurately and regularly.
Their medical support services by email or via the phone are excellent and you never feel unsupported.

Ordering and receiving my supplies is always smooth and easy. In case of any issues or problem, customer service is always there to help.

Minor administrative problem promptly resolved by Samantha; really pleased with the ongoing excellent service we receive.

When was discharged from hospital there was a mix up in placing an order for my products. I rang the company and discussed the issue, while the 2 individuals were very professional, pleasant and extremely lovely to deal with, my issue wasn’t solved. However, a wonderful lady, Kathryn stepped in, and took control of my issue and solved it almost immediately. I was due to go on holiday with 24hrs and Kathryn made sure that I received my products by the lunchtime the next day. As someone who was new to using these products, I was anxious and concerned at the time. Kathryn was superb in dealing with me and I was very assured that my products would arrived as promised, and they did. The company has a great person in Kathryn and should rightly be proud of her. If Kathryn is a reflection of the company, then it is a great company.

I’ve dealt with Coloplast for years and they have always been helpful, courteous and professional. I talked to Shala for my last order and she was wonderful. She helped me sort my problem and was incredibly efficient. Thank you Shala you helped me more than you will ever realise!

My husband and I left UTC with a Coloplast bag that contained the bare minimum of supplies, with no for the information on how to obtain more. I contacted Coloplast and Kathryn was amazing. She located the items I needed, sent a prescription off to my husband’s GP and once approved ensured all items were shipped to our home address asap. She was absolutely fantastic and kept me updated along the way. The products are excellent quality, robust and reliable and I have every confidence in using them.
