Was skeptical but this website had the best parcel forwarding success I've seen. Package I ordered got delivered to their Italy warehouse no problem despite it taking around 4 days before I got an email confirmation they had received it which was worrisome. Their timeline from the Italy to France warehouse was accurate and then were very quick to send it from France location to where I am. I understand that it is pricey to get stuff from Europe to Canada and was expecting around that price but overall happy I got my package in really good condition.

The forwarding is very expensive
The forwarding is very expensive. I had to figure out myself where my package was as the tracking system didn’t give any info where the package ended up nor did they give the local company the info needed to inform me the package was ready for pick up. Customer service was pretty much ”but you got it right?” Yes, got my package but after paying what I paid and the hastle getting the package was, will never order again. Suppose they have enough customers that they don’t need to care about customer experience.

I have used the service twice and I was very satisfied in both cases!
The second time, I had 3 orders that expatcolis stored for more than a month according to my request. I was worried that they might lose or damage the packages, but I received everything carefully packaged and very quickly.
I will definitely use this service again and I recommend it 100%

High cost and a bad re-packing policy.
Cost was significantly higher than initially estimated. I paid for an annual subscription in part to enable repacking of my packages. But when I needed packages repacked, I had to pay based on an inaccurate "pre-repacking" estimate (based on the volume of all of the packages separately added up) with the promise of savings after repacking. I paid. Repacking did result in some savings, but only 50% of the cost savings was credited to me (the other half the overcharge is just extra profit for Colis Expat, I suppose) and even that was delivered as a credit for use on future shipments rather than a refund. I would much have preferred that they simply repack then bill me for the actual volume / weight. My experience was negative enough experience that I won't be using Colis Expat again and won't be recommending it to others.
Packages did eventually arrive. At least they got that part right.
