Let you deposit no problem, won’t let you withdraw. They just keep saying it’s pending. Live chat agents tell you to be patient even thought it’s been over a week since you withdrew and it’s still pending and able to be cancelled. Avoid at all costs as you’ll never receive winnings

Hello, I replenished my balance by $300, put $700 on withdrawal after winning in sports betting, as a result they asked for verification, after the deposit they blocked the account... egorn9oxe. I got bonus on Wanted dead or wild 0.20€ bet 20FS. Won 359€ and had to wager 12k in Euro to withdraw. I played other games and got up to 2800k and had wagered over 9000k so 2K left to wager to withdraw. Next day my bonus got canceled and my fund were gone, balance 0. I contacted Support and they said I have gone against their Terms and Conditions. When i asked which one they said i have played games that are not available. So how the f am i able to play games on your casino that arent available. Right after my Account got closed. This Casino gives bonuses, lets you wager and then they take money away from you. This is money laundering!

CoinCasino advertises “instant deposits and withdrawals” and “no KYC”, but I was forced to complete KYC before my withdrawal was processed. After winning on sport bet and initiating a withdrawal, they closed my account, even though I still had funds left placed on a bet. They conveniently omitted this in their message and if I didn’t remember, those funds would be gone. This is not how a trustworthy casino operates.

We cannot withdraw the money we won

Just like everybody else said in the comments, this game website is a scam. I paid 50 bucks. They said that’s all I needed to do was pay the 50 and I would receive my withdrawal. Then the lady says let me check with the team now I have to pay 120 for a bitcoin fee if I’m getting cash so that doesn’t make sense at all so I went and did a bitcoin withdrawal and they said they can’t do that withdrawal because they handle them one at a time so I do not recommend this game. The customer service is trash. They just say the same thing over and over to get you to buy bitcoins and send them $120 and everybody knows that bitcoin is nonrefundable so that’s another scam inside of it and then they write it in their policy so the scam is in the policy so this game is no good. Do not play it at all, you will lose your money they will lock you out of the game. They will close your account look at the rest of the people‘s comments before you play this day.

They said the money was returned and that i had spent it. That was a lie, the log stated there had been no activity for the last 4 days, when i pointed that out, they just closed the chat. Stay away from this casino, its just a scam company.
