I deposited 100 USDT on August 6th just to test the casino. I didn’t like it, so I completed the required 1x wagering and requested my money back.

Two weeks later, I still cannot withdraw. They keep rejecting my proof of address without clear reasons, even though I sent valid documents. The last one has been “under review” for more than 3 days, while they claim it only takes 24h.

It feels like they are making the process difficult on purpose to stop me from withdrawing. All this stress and wasted time for just 100 USDT.

This experience shows how unfair and unprofessional this casino is.
