Tried to suck over 400 from me lukki i caught on before they suckd me stupid. Coincasino gave me 100 Free spins on a casino game.
I proceeded to win 220$.
Now CoinCasino is requiring me to spend 35x this amount (Which is a total of 7700$) to withdraw ANYTHING.

Usually getting free stuff is a positive thing, but I'm just getting punshed for using my free spins and winning.
It's like they don't want to keep their customers. It's not that they are not making any money of this methos either.

When I talked to support they told me I should just hope to be lucky and win back this money.

From a business point of view I think this is plain stupidity and not thought trough.

Support later called it a “commercial decision” and refused refunds.
Chat redirects to email, email ignores messages — no dispute resolution.
Confiscation of player deposits without proof = scam behavior.
Avoid this casino.

After reading all the reviews, I became very nervous and worried that the withdrawal was not going to happen as it was nearly 4000 USD. I deposited a number of times and it went through pretty quickly but my withdrawal took about 30 mins to come through which was worrying while waiting. Thankfully it did come through so I thought that I would share.

After depositing about $200 I had won over $4,000 and was super excited to withdrawal. Once submitted my account was randomly banned overnight and told I could withdrawal the amount I had deposited.
