Customer service, the coffee, and the packaging are all good. The issue I've had is having to call in to ask when my order would ship as it has fallen through the cracks and not fulfilled multiple times.

A good range of coffee beans at excellent pricing. The taste for these coffees are also nicely varied. Plus they are sent out very quickly. Very much worth a look.
