Had a chocolate tasting event with Cocoa Runners. Fantastic session, delivered passionately and very informative and…you guessed it, great tasting Chocolates too.

The tasting session was really enjoyable and informative, plus we got to taste a lot of chocolate! Nick was a great presenter. I'd definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service. For two months I was paying a subscription and receiving no chocolate at all. Then when I asked them about it they apologised and sent boxes...the wrong boxes. Insisted if I want the right box I have to return at my own cost. Then a month later I am still paying a subscription that I asked to be cancelled last month. They had no recollection of this so I had to screenshot the email from their own team as proof. Such a shame because the chocolate was a great idea, the tasting was great but I am completely appalled by their response to issues they have caused.

I have just bought my niece a tasting session kit for her birthday this month - a great gift idea.

It was an absolutely brilliant evening and much more than I expected. Not only did we learn how to taste and savour craft chocolate and pick out the 'notes', we also learnt a lot about sustainability in the industry, which has left a lasting impression (as has the chocolate!). I’m never buying commercial or 'better' chocolate ever again. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and inspiring. Great fun and a brilliant way to get the team together virtually or otherwise. THANK YOU
