Great corporate event! We had so much fun doing a group tasting event. The chocolate was shipped to all of us in multiple countries and then we tasted them as a group. The chocolate was amazing and I feel like we also learned a lot.

We had a great corporate event with Cocoa Runners who provided delicious chocolate combined with a great host and presentation about sustainability in the chocolate industry! I can definitely recommend their chocolate tasting event to connect with colleagues on Zoom outside a corporate setting!

As a subscriber to the monthly box, I found the chocolate wonderful but left because the customer service is awful. Everything seems random -there is no information about what or when boxes are shipped; once shipped these seem to take over a week to arrive. Exchange with cocoarunners seems pointless. They simply don't care.

We had a brilliant evening doing a virtual tasting. We bought a family kit which was loads for the 4 of us, there is plenty left for another time. The talk was free, with optional purchase of the chocolate - worked out less than £10 a head for the 4 of us. It all arrived quickly after ordering and was nicely packaged. Spencer's zoom presentation was really interesting, informative and engaging and the use of menti.com made it really interactive. The evening lasted about 1 1/2 hours, which included a Q&A session. We tasted some really interesting and different chocolates and learnt lots of tasting and buying tips. Really enjoyed by myself, husband and teenage sons, highly recommend.

VERY POOR. Beware. They took my money, product didn't arrive. Wouldn't refund, very very long customer service reply times. Finally raised a claim via my credit card (thank you credit card) and they took me seriously.

Had a great virtual tasting experience online. Delicious chocolate and a really knowledgeable and friendly host. Will do again with my family this Christmas.

I organised an entirely virtual corporate tasting (46 people) and we all thoroughly enjoyed it - I had some lovely feedback. Harmony helped us understand the difference between a bad, good and great product and gave illuminating insights into sustainable and fair trade chocolate production. The real-time feedback and quiz tool worked really well. The chocolate was fabulous too! Would thoroughly recommend.

We just had a corporate chocolate tasting (online!) with Spencer & Harmony. Really loved their passion for chocolate, and for bettering the world and people's lives through sensible, sustainable chocolate production/purchase.

I was pretty disappointed tbh. I bought a beer / choc gift box for my man's birthday and a few extra bars. Very expensive for what we got - both in taste and volume - despite choosing based on what others raved about. :((

A wonderful service - I look forward to my subscription each month. Had a great experience with customer service when I asked about changing my address.

My first box wasn't dispatched as advised it was due to an internal error. Now the second box has arrived and has the exact same chocolate bars as the first, when they clearly state they will not do this. Due to receiving money off as a friend referred me, after the 3rd box I will be cancelling - they haven't got a clue what they are doing!

The first box arrived much sooner than I expected. Beautiful packaging and the taste is so divine! I singed up to 100% cocoa selection and every bar in the box is superb quality. I'm looking forward to trying more and discovering the variety!

I am sad to see some of the reviews. I buy regularly from Cocoa Runners and although I have had the odd mistake with my orders, in my experience they have tried their best to rectify the smallest of issues promptly and satisfactorily. They are a great source of great chocolate.

Having worked in the chocolate industry for some years now my experience with Cocoa Runners was by far the worst I have had. I ordered some chocolate for a professional chocolate tasting I was running only to be sent the wrong bars not once, but twice. When I tried to rectify this I was given nothing but phoney excuses and even though I was promised the correct chocolate and was told it had been sent, hoping for third time lucky, I never received it. When I asked for confirmation of posting this final parcel, which was meant to have the correct bars, I didn't even receive a reply. Consequently my tasting was ruined and I had to find and serve another chocolate at last minute, that wasn’t really what the tasting should have included. All of which could have been avoided if Cocoa Runners had been able to pick and send stock correctly and had not strung me along for weeks with false promises about sending me the correct bars. I guess in the eyes of Cocoa Runners refunding me for two bars I didn’t received was enough, but when conducting professional tastings it really is not, especially if I am told I will receive the correct bars and never do. The correct bars were more important to me than my money back in this situation, and I specified as such to the Cocoa Runner’s team. Cocoa Runners offer a lot of nice products so it's a real shame that their staff are incapable of doing their jobs well.

Had a great time at the chocolate tasting evening. Experienced a really interesting range of tastes and has definitely changed my attitude towards chocolate products for the better. Spencer and his team are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their services.

TRULY AWFUL. Spent just under £70 for two gift boxes each comprising (just) 4 selected chocolate bars. Received a parcel comprising eight completely wrong chocolate bars (some of which did not have use by dates) without any gift boxes. The correct order was then supposedly sent but to the wrong address so it was never received. They then took over a week to process a refund and forgot to refund me the cost incurred in returning the incorrect order to them (despite confirming that this would be included). They are utterly incompetent. Avoid.

I have been their customer for 5 years and was generally happy until recently. I asked to change my delivery address (I cannot do it myself, the procedure requires emailing them) in May but the orders still get delivered to my previous address. They kept replying to me that the address has been updated (it hasn't), that it is an IT issue and is under investigation (really?), that my account is being monitored and they will ensure that my order is dispatched to the address specified (didn't happen)... So far no luck. Waiting for the third delivery, if it still comes to the wrong address, I'm cancelling the subscription.

I have the same experience as other unfortunate customers. I bought a box from cocoa runners at a wine event and was asked if I want to subscribe. I asked how long do I have to commit to the subscription and I was told there is no obligations and I can cancel anytime. So I took out a subscription. However in my first box I found that there is a bar that I don't like (a Cardamom flavoured bar), and so I decided to cancel the subscription as i prefer to pick and buy bars that I like. I was then told I cannot cancel until 3 months after!!!
This is outrageous as I was lied to in the beginning. I complaint to the company but they still refuse to let me cancel.
Don't trust this company as it is a dishonest business and it does not value customers!!!!
