DO NOT USE!!
Booked a tour in Budapest but originally booked the wrong date. I cancelled immediately (well before the 24hr policy) and never redeemed these tickets. I am yet to receive any update or refund from this terrible company, despite my daily attempts at trying to contact.
The next big mistake was re-buying these tickets for the correct day - waiting 45 minutes for a bus, to be kicked on and off by the driver multiple times, causing others to miss the bus. It was raining terribly and we got abandoned an hour away waiting for the bus to come, it took so long we actually decided to walk 40 mins to the next destination - we even beat the bus there! I have so far spend £120 with this AWFUL company and am still waiting for my original refund - no one will get back to me!!!! We even went into the City sightseeing head quarters in Budapest and asked for all the money back as it was the worst experience we’ve ever done and had ever. Please do not use this company!!! The buses are NOT regular, the customer service is non existent and overall a terrible, terrible money spinning company. Have learnt our lesson and will only ever use cheap, reliable public service to see any city in future!
