I've had nothing but issues with this company…
I've had nothing but issues with this company. I ordered a book a few years ago. Several months later nothing, I emailed and was told it was "lost in the mail" and that another one would be sent and asked to confirm my address.
4 months later I emailed again "oh we can't send it cos of covid" when I was told it was going to be sent and nothing was mentioned back then. Plus this was not true, I had got stuff delivered from the us multiple times around that time.
I asked for a refund and was told "I'll tell my team to send it". I recieved nothing, so I went to the better business beareu and was now told "oh no I can't provide a refund" and gave me access to an online course which atleast is trying, and I eventually got the book like 9 months after I ordered it.
Still not impressed with all the bs, lying and stuffing around.
I would have just moved on, but now being part of their online community i'm suddenly receiving multiple emails every few days when i've constantly unsubscribed from every option. Only to be told "oh we can't do anything, just block the emails".
Why should I either have to block the emails that i'm suddenly being spammed with constantly OR delete my account and not have access to a course.
Right from the start there was only issues, and it's just continued, avoid this company.
